- Villa in co-ownership with 2 flates in a 1300m² enclosed garden planted with trees.The town centre and the beach are a 10 minute walk away.The flat,on the first floor is confortable and very bright. It looks out onto the Sanary harbour. It has double glazing.It is possible to use part of the pleasure garden and the communal parts and the car park (about 500 m²).
