Valérie's Cabanon: 45 m² Indoors, 700 m² Garden, Private Parking

  • Located in Sanary-sur-Mer, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches, this 40 m² house is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. It features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with brand new 160 × 200 cm bedding, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as books and toys for children. The highlight is the outdoor space: a peaceful 700 m² garden, open terrace, bioclimatic pergola, barbecue, electric plancha, and outdoor cooktops. Up to three cars can be parked on-site. Cats and birds are welcome. The property is single-level with no steps. Night parties are not permitted. Recycling is in place; further information will be provided upon arrival.



    Please note: the access road is steep with a sharp bend. If you have a trailer, please contact us in advance via the booking platform’s messaging system. The house uses a septic tank; suitable cleaning products are provided.

Petit cabanon très ombragé et au calme

Pros: L’emplacement du logement, au calme tout en restant à proximité du centre ville et des plages, sans vis-à-vis, et très bien équipé, sans oublier la réactivité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.
