"Beautiful exterior, but rooms are quite old, toilets are not well maintained with rusty tap (in a 5-star hotel?) Pool was closed in end of Sep, but on the Expedia website hotel description, it says seasonal pool is only closed from October. Receptionist is not helpful nor friendly while check-in. It is not a 5-star experience that is expected. Restaurant staff is attentive though. Overall, do not recommend this hotel for this price. "

"I picked this property for our 25th wedding anniversary night. It was more expensive than other properties around but it was worth it. The manager gave us a sea view room and also surprised us with a free bottle of sparkling wine and some local bakings. We loved the high ceiling in the room. "This place is amazing. It is a beautiful property located in an orange orchard and olive tree farm. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast was good. Fabrizia was so friendly and so accommodating. She was wonderful. My only regrets are could not stay longer and we could not try their restaurant as it was closed. "
