Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved.

Étrange endroit que cet Airbnb...le propriétaire est plutôt sympathique mais du genre sournois.On entend beaucoup sa femme mais sans jamais l'a voir.Une atmosphère à la Psychose avec une chambre au décors kitch genre baroque psychédélique à la sauce Philippe Stark.L'emplacement n'est pas génial,trop excentré. Pas un endroit où je retournerai en définitive.

Ci sono stata qualche giorno fa per 3 notti, esperienza fantastica, suite bellissima pulita giornalmente con ionizzazione della varie stanze. Balcone personale dotato di stendino e poltroncine con tavolino, con vista sulla piscina accessibile H24 in completa autonomia. Al momento del check-in ci hanno fornito un mazzo di chiavi per garantirci l'ingresso alla struttura a qualsiasi ora, con eventuale parcheggio interno. Colazione italiana in camera a scelta da un ricco menù con prodotti sempre freschi, con possibilità di colazione al bar presente in loco. Infine, vorrei evidenziare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari sempre presenti a qualsiasi ora.

Struttura curata nei minimi particolari ed all’avanguardia per il risoarmii ebergetico. Dotata di pannelli solari fotovoltaici e pompe di calore, che la rendono a bassissimo impatto ambientale con riscaldamento funzionante ccon termocamino. I proprietari della struttsono encomiabili per l’accoglienza, l’attenzione verso gli ospiti ed un sistema di pulizia camere impeccabile viste le attuali restrizioni, che rendono il soggiorno presso la loro struttura totalmente sicuro e meravigliosamente confortevole. Camere dotate di pavimentazione in parquet e bagno grande con cabina doccia di ultima generazione. Ottimo anche il sistema creato dai proprietari per il consumo della colazione in camera con richiesta effettuabile tramite telefono. Spazio verde curato nei minimi dettagli che rende il giardino oltre esteticamente bello anche fruibile per potersi tranquillamente rilassare. Ritengo questa struttura nel complesso eccellente e sicura in linea con le restrizioni imposte dalla pandemia. Mi recherò sicuramente in futuro e consiglio vivamente l’utilizzo della stessa a chi si trovi di passaggio nella provincia Jonica. Complimenti!

Eine familiäre Wohlfühloase in Talsano

Wir waren für 2 Tage auf unserem Rundtrip durch Apulien in diesem wunderbaren B&B und waren total begeistert. Das Haus von Marisa&Francesco ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase: Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen zu 100% der Wahrheit! Wir hatten die Suite Nimfea gebucht mit einem großen Zimmer, einem riesigen Bad (einfach nur WHOW!) und einer tollen Terrasse die zu einem Sonnenbad einlud. Alles ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist überall blitzblank sauber. Der umgebende Garten ist ein Traum: mit vielen Bäumen, riesigen Palmen und blühenden Gewächsen, ein kleiner Swimmingpool und eine Sonnenterrasse laden zum Relaxen ein. Das wunderbare Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen und ist der perfekte Start in den Tag. Von Francesco erhält man viele Informationen über Land und Leute und Tips für die Freizeitgestaltung und das in einem sehr gut zu verstehenden Englisch. Wir können dieses Juwel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

très bien mais..

première visite de découverte des Pouilles et première nuit à Taranto l'accueil est chaleureux, la chambre et surtout la salle de bain sublime par contre la note finale, un peu amère, nous avons eu le tort d'apprécier leur café et d'en redemander au petit déjeuner à notre grande surprise il nous fut facturé 7 euros nous avons l'habitude de voyager au moins 6 fois par an, dans tous les pays d'Europe, c'est la première fois qu'on nous demande de payer pour un deuxième café au petit déjeuner

This was a delightful and immaculate bed and breakfast. It was absolutely spotless! The hosts were great - gave just the correct amount of interaction, depending on what each guest wanted. breakfast was sooo delicious with a choice of cereal, brilliant selection of fresh fruit, cakes, fresh breads and jam and also ham and cheese. Choice of drinks including a range of tea, coffee and fruit juice. We had hired a car which meant that access to a number of nearby towns and sites were possible - suggestions as to where to go, made by the B&B owner, were all spot on and well worth the visit.

La struttura è una piccola oasi di relax poco fuori la città. Una villa curata immersa nel verde con piscina, laghetto con ninfee e pesci esotici. si viene accolti dai titolari, persone molto gentili, disponibili e simpatiche. Una volta giunti in sede si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del giardino. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visionare anche un'altra stanza molto più grande ed abbiamo deciso di optare per la seconda camera attratti anche dal bagno molto grande, rifinito, pulito e attrezzato di ogni confort. le camere sono al primo piano e tutte provviste o di balconcino o terrazza da dove si può ammirare il verde e la serenità del luogo. la camera ha un letto molto grande comodo, parquet di legno, travi a vista e grandi finestre sul giardino. La colazione in questo periodo è all'interno in una sala con camino, musica di sottofondo e arredata con gusto e uno stile familiare ma ricercato, il cibo è fresco e variegato e i titolari sono pronti a soddisfare le varie richieste. ottima struttura. 英語でタラントの歴史を話してくれます。親切なホスト。Kind Hosts, Good Advice

歴史や地域情報に造詣の深いフランチェスコさんがタラントの話をしてくれます。奥さんのマリーザさんも親切で朝食も充実。少々寒く、中での食事になりましたが、お天気がいいと手入れの行き届いた庭をみなが外での食事も可能なようです。ただ、探すのに苦労しました。カーナビに入力した情報が不十分だったせいですが、農家のオリーブ畑の裏地に迷い込み、びっくりしました。夕食時、最寄のレストランまで５分ほどドライヴしなくてはならず、これが玉に瑕。お昼をたっぷり食べて、スナックや果物などを持って行かれると気にならないかもしれません。駐車は門の中で安全でした。Francesco and Marisa are very kind hosts. Francesco told us interesting stories about Tarant. We also received good advice for our journey to Lecce. Pity but we could not find flamingos, though. Since we were interested in talks, we inadvertently forgot to surrender the room key. Good he rang us soon and we drove back…hope no harm’s done.

Excellent B&B. Owners are wonderful and very warm people, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area history. Love the room, quiet and beautiful grounds. Easy parking and away from City. A car is a must. Highly recommend.

Sijainti kaukana mutta aikomuksenani ei ollutkaan olla lähellä kaikkea vaan levätä. Siihen takoitukseen hotelli oli erittäin hyvä ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Suosittelen.

As regards hospitality,service,home and garden A1.Unfortunately nothing within walking distance eg resturants and shops,have to fight your way through busy traffic to get into Toranto for the resturants,etc. Sadly it was about location!!!

BELLISSIMA ESPERIENZA

Prima esperienza in un B&B. Giudizio assolutamente positivo. Bella struttura, ben curata, con un magnifico giardino e camere confortevoli e curate nei minimi particolari. Particolare attenzione alla pulizia. il valore aggiunto è dato dai proprietari, sempre presenti, disponibili e mai invadenti. Colazione con prodotti locali. Da raccomandare.

OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. I locali sono lussuosi e puliti. La colazione è abbondante e sono offerti prodotti freschi e fatti in casa (le torte sono eccellenti). Esperienza senz'altro positiva da raccomandare.
