TheAccommodation

The house is designed to offer comfort, privacy, and spacious rooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends of up to 9 people. The rooms are bright, air-conditioned, and furnished in a modern style with touches that evoke the colours and atmosphere of the sea.

Living Room

The spacious living area is the heart of the home: a cosy space where you can relax after a day at the beach. You’ll find comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and a bright dining area perfect for sharing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with friends and family.

Kitchen

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your own meals.

Spacious and bright, it features a double bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony—ideal for starting your day breathing in the sea breeze.

The spacious attic features two double beds, creating an ideal space for teenagers, large families, or groups of friends who want to share a holiday without sacrificing comfort.

Bathrooms

The house has two full bathrooms, spacious and functional, as well as a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after returning from the beach before entering the house (the ground-floor bathroom is equipped with a washing machine).

Outdoor spaces

The private courtyard is one of the most beloved areas of the house. Here you can relax outdoors, host lunches and dinners thanks to the large built-in barbecue, and enjoy pleasant summer evenings in the area furnished with a table and chairs.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to all common areas of the house, including the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathrooms, the courtyard with barbecue, and other outdoor spaces.

To ensure maximum comfort and optimise the preparation of the house, only the bedrooms necessary based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation will be made available. If you wish to use a different number of bedrooms than originally planned, please let us know before your arrival: we will do our best to accommodate your request.
