This luxurious 200 sqm villa in the south of Olbia, is located only 6 km from the world famous beach Cala Brandinchi. With its 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate 8 people. The holiday home has a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave and a coffee machine. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor area with a private shady terrace with lounge furniture and a large dining area, a barbecue and a swimming pool. A further roof terrace with sun loungers and sea views is available you to enjoy hours of sunbathing during the day or a cocktail in the evening. This makes the villa perfect for a family with grandparents or 2 families of friends. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the village of Monte Petrosu, 3 km away (a 6-minute drive). The beach of Cala Ginepro is 1 km away (12-minute walk).
