Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 m from Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 1.4 km from Cala Brandinchi beach (Tahiti), three-room apartment with private entrance, 2 bed (1 double and 1 with 4 single beds), large living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (with bidet) in the renowned East Village with unobstructed sea view, equipped with all comforts (large terrace with breathtaking sea view, air conditioning in every room, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, hairdryer and shared swimming pool).
It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est.The ferry terminal is 30 km away.
The residence has free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (therefore our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's swimming pool with sea view.
In the village there is a small square with 2 bars, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food mini-market.
You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park.
I personally take care of the entrances and exits. I am always available on the phone and always ready to give adequate assistance to my guests in no time.

Capo Coda Cavallo has become a Marine Protected Area in order to preserve one of the symbolic natural places of Sardinia. Some of the most famous beaches of eastern Sardinia are just a few minutes away.
