"The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the person that took care of my bags when I was waiting for the check in time was openly asking for a tip while I was the one that was moving the bags to the locker room, he was quite rude."

"Fabulous hotel and large room overlooking the street below. Ate at their restaurant and had a delicious meal which was a good price. Complementary breakfast was superb, lots of tasty things to try, all fresh and well laid out. Staff on front desk really helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Up Barrio North is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are well appointed, good selection of outlets, a safe, AC and a heat pump when it's cold out, and an elevator to get you to and from. The location, less than a half block off Santa Fe, is ideal. lots of bus routes nearby, good restaurants, shopping, Western Union for money and some nice local bars as well. "Room was clean. Looked dated though. Bed was ok but felt old. Bathroom did not work properly. Staff was great and location is excellent. Breakfast was also excellent."
