The space
The house is located on the top floor with a beautiful south-facing terrace with natural light all day. A clear view of a large square with trees and a quiet pedestrian area. It is a luxury apartment with a bathtub with a jacuzzi, shower with hot tub, home automation opening lock and lights (with control), electric blinds, and 55 "Smart TV.
The apartment is newly renovated, including new plumbing, heating and electricity facilities. Furniture and finishes with high-quality materials and exquisite contemporary decor made by a professional decorator.
The living room is completely furnished and includes a comfortable living area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The kitchen includes high-end appliances, essential kitchen utensils, cutlery to meet any culinary needs, and a dining table.
The three rooms are elegantly decorated and include a double bed each, equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
Bathrooms have everything you need to cool off, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
