Hotel agradable muy centrico en Zarautz. En las epocas no vacacionales la recepción está en una pensión situada a 50m de este hotel. Situado a unos 150m de la playa. Las habitaciones, no muy grandes, pero comodas. El baño renovado y bastante bien.

nice hotel and afforable in the middle of town

while hiking the el camino trail we needed a hotel for a night to recoup. nice hotel right in the middle of town. very clean and even though there was no staff on the property it went well with the staff right around the corner. very lovely hotel.

Mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Garage für 5.- euro . Zum Strand sind es nur 5 min. zu Fuss. Toll. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zimmer neuer Renoviert.

Great hitel in the heart of town.

Fantastic quiet little hotel, immaculate clean and comfortable, the staff where very helpful when we had a problem with our room card and couldn't be faulted. I will definitely stay again.

Las habitaciones muy correctas y nuevas. Lo único un poco molesto es tener que ir al otro establecimiento que tienen cerca a por las llaves, porque no tienen servicio de recepción, pero por 33€, tampoco se tiene mucho en cuenta.

Nice modern room, well-situated

Really nice modern room, ultra clean, literally two minutes' walk from the sea, in a small street very close to bars. Lively but - out-of-season - not noisy. Small seaside town. Lots of restaurants and shops, but no tacky ones. By early evening I was hungry and fancied a drink, and so did many local people. The bars were all lively, and it seemed that many people head there for a drink and some tapas (or that local unpronounceable word with an 'x' where it shouldn't ought to be) after work. People in the bars were friendly and it is very nice to walk into small bars and always get a nod or a 'buenas' from the person on the next stool. The house red was excellent and the bar-top tapas really tasty. This is a small hotel in a narrow thoroughfare right in the centre of town, so don't expect parking. It is in a pedestrian-only street, just off the main street, in a 'no parking' zone. So don't be tempted. However, there is an underground car park just across the street. Drive in, get a ticket from the automatic barrier. Park, take your bag to the hotel. Out-of-season you may find a notice on the door asking you to walk a hundred metres across the square to an unpronounceable restaurant. There's a small door next to it, and if you go up one flight of stairs, you'll find the reception for Hotel Olatu. Then park 300m away in a (free) blue zone instead. My satnav didn't show the small street, but signs direct you. The hotel is in the very far north west corner of town.

Aunque era nuevo.......

Precario aislamiento de ruidos.La falta de recepción en el mismo edificio,no se informa en la web.El lavabo de juguete,era casi plano,sin fondo,no es eficaz.En poco espacio han intentado meter una habitación con baño. Aunque pedimos habitacion de no fumadores,tuvimos q pedir otra habitación porque olía a tabaco.

Small room good location

Enjoyed our stay, but for 2 people very small. We were surfing so with our boards in the room it was a tight fit. Right near the surf and good restaurants. Not much English spoken here but very friendly people.

Ett prisvärt alt. Med närhet till havet

Hotellet ligger nära havet. Ett tips är att begära rum mot gatan med balkong. Bra ort att bo med halvtimmes tågresa till San sebastian, 40 min gångavstånd till de vackra orte Getaria med Michelinrestauranger och modemuseum. Till Bilbao tar det 2h med tåg. Rummen även små men duschen är ok. Det var dock lite lyhört.

Rent och prydligt

Det här hotellet är bra att välja om man är medveten om att det är en bra bit in till San Sebastian med bil. Hotellet är modernt och rent men inte särskilt personligt (vilket personligen inte stör mig, viktigast är att det är rent pâ rummet). Jättebra läge i den lilla staden Zarautz, nära till stranden etc.
