overnight stay
my wife and I stayed at this hotel during a road trip from Portugal to Monaco. The hotel located was conveniently a short ride from the highway and it had interior parking , but like all European hotel its quite tight to park a large vehicle.

Clean rooms, everything was functioning well. Quiet, with good room service. Only complaint, same breakfast every morning, only ham and cheese available with bread each day

We reserved for two nights. We had to prepay one and were committed by the agent for both nights to be paid at check out. The hotel was not able to provide all the services they advertise. We attempted to find a solution but they were sold out and could not solve the problem. While we travel a bit and understand that things happen beyond the innkeeper's immediate control, when we left to find these amenities, they charged us not only for the night that we stayed, but also for the night that we did not (we advised the night before and left at 8AM). They did not attempt to negotiate anything other than full payment when I left. I could have booked anywhere and specifically found a place with a specific amenity that they did not provide. I was traveling a long way, Spanish is not my native language, and I had a 9 year old child with me and the rest of my family was far away. I am still working with my credit card provider and the travel agent to work out something. At this point it is costing me more in time than the charge. The hotel is holding to its claim that I committed to stay there and that they had no duty to perform other than handing me my room key. There are plenty of hotels in San Sebastian. Choose another. You want a great place, but more importantly you want an innkeeper that knows right from wrong when things go sideways. Exercise caution when committing to payment. You need an innkeeper that thinks that delivery is equally important.

The hotel is right beside a major construction site - they start early and finish late - I needed to sleep in the days but no chance

Perfect location if your visiting Anoeta Stadium
Excellent location and great for a short stay. Only issue was that the car paking was prepaid at check in but when leaving, I was told I had to pay again. Better communication within the hotel would have made it a seamless stay.

A hotel with a homely feel and conveniently placed for the football stadium and major roads on the outskirts of San Sebastian. Room very pleasant, clean and quiet. Service polite.

good hotel downtown
Although the hotel is more downtown it is easy to get a bus to the old part of the city and the beaches. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with local knowledge. Luckily there was no football match on during our 2 day stay as the hotel is right opposite the stadium!

Decent location to old San Sebastián.
Decent location to San Sebastián's parte viaje (old town). Taxi to old town about 10 euros. Bus nearby too. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast not bad for 8 euros. Clean hotel. Liked the amenities, like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Reasonable and clean hotel
The hotel bar and restaurant were nice and very cheap. Although the location seemed far from the city, it was a lovely walk into the old town and back via the canal/ river. Car park is very tight and hard to manoeuvre (this is an understatement), and quite expensive in comparison, but was good to have the option and not leave the rental on the street.

Good neighbor, a little bit away from downtown, but a very nice 40 minutes walk to La Concha. Hotel in general was OK, clean and comfortable.

Très bien mis à part le fait qu'il a fallu se garer assez loin de l'hôtel et qu'à la réception personne ne nous a signalé qu'il y avait un garage payant certes, mais garage. Dommage.

Dos graves errores por parte un miembro del personal que con cierto tacto podían averse solucionado. Lamentablemente no sentí ninguna preocupación en particular por esta persona. El resto del personal perfecto. El hotel muy viejo en cuanto al mobiliario. La zona tranquila, muy bien. Espero simplemente que fuese un mal día de esta persona que todos podemos tener.

Pricy, but good value overall.
Close to downtown and to metro station. Best option to leave the car parked in the street for the nominal fee, rather than driving in town.
