"This is a very quiet place in a noisy city. It is safe an clean with a well stocked kitchen adequate for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The is a washing machine and dryer if needed. This is a much better option than a hotel I my opinion. Additionally they were very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport at 4:00 for our return trip home. I would stay here again if I returned to Oaxaca."

Very limited kitchen utensils, in case you want to cook there. Check in experience was ok, but the local caretaker hours are limited. Overall a good experience!"

"I visit OAX regularly for work. The onsite staff are helpful. I stayed in another unit about 6 weeks ago. It was basic and clean. Nothing fancy but served the purpose. The one I'm currently in (#12) smells like urine. It's in a corner without easy access to a car. I value consistency. And don't want to chance getting this room again. And will seek another place for the future."

"Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. The location in San Felipe de Agua was further away from the downtown area than we anticipated. It took 20-30 minutes to travel to Zocalo, and taxis cost more like 100 pesos...

"The apartment is spacious with a newer, very nice build-out. Each of the 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable with a balcony off the master (and the living room). The location was ideal for exploring the area and for easy, walkable access to desired restaurants. Gene was very responsive and offered great suggestions. "We stayed in Stellah’s home for a week over Christmas and it was truly the perfect place. Stellah was so wonderful with giving us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The home is spacious with great design, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful back yard. Her house manager was so kind and helpful as well.
