This beautiful Cozy safe and private house it’s the perfect place to have fun, Relax In the pool , hammocks or a swim in the ocean just 3 minutes away from the property . It’s close to the best restaurants in town . 7 min. Drive to El Tunco, 20 minutes from sunset park , surf city 1 hour from the airport. Its located in El Palmarcito . El Cocalito provides all the amenities needed in daily life, to enjoy your stay. There is a housekeeper located on site with his own dedicated space.

This property was very spacious and lovely, perfect for a family stay. I loved that this property was private, & had a gate for safety. The owner was very attentive & was quick to answer all of our questions. Great place to stay if you’re looking to visit all of the surrounding beaches.
