Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
During my stay, the apartment was without water for an extended period. I repeatedly contacted the host through both text messages and the Vrbo platform, but received little to no timely communication. Building management informed me that they had also been trying to reach the host without success.Because there was no running water, my family and I were unable to use the toilets, shower, cook, or maintain basic hygiene. I was forced to stay home with my two children while trying to resolve the situation. I have photos and other evidence documenting the conditions.
