AMAZING BEACH HOUSE ON A CLIFF, Spectacular OCEAN VIEWS & private beach access

Beautiful house that sits on top of a cliff with spectacular ocean views of the Pacific. It's located 45 minutes away from the capital of San Salvador and also 45 minutes from the International Airport.

The house is an Ibizan style architecture with several levels of terraces and ambients where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views. The pool is located in a level with a large palm roof ranch where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets and hear the waves crashing on rocks below.

It’s a five bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms beach house. Some of the rooms have their private living room where you can appreciate the ocean view and have a quiet and relaxing moment. all of them with air conditioner

Rincon Azul is 5 minutes away by car from El Tunco, one of the most popular surfer beaches in El Salvador with plenty of coast type bars and live music discotheques. Playa Sunzal and El Zonte are famous beaches for their incredible surfing and both are minutes away by car, they are also known by its delicious sea food restaurants. One of the most popular is LA HOLA BETOS, which is walking distance from our property.

1-Due to fire hazard, smoking is allowed only in open areas and is not permitted inside the main house or in the straw ranch next to the pool.
3- We require that air conditioners are turn on only when rooms are being used 4- more personalized cleaning like cooking, dishes, are extra $25/ day
Our price includes basic cleaning of common areas and pool, which are performed early in the morning. bathrooms also but at guests request.
