Welcome to your San Remo base, a rare property with two separate homes on one block, a short 500m walk from a dog- and kid-friendly beach and the cafés, shops and waterfront of San Remo.

The three-bedroom main house and a fully self-contained king-bed guesthouse give everyone their own space. Grandparents get their privacy, couples get a quiet retreat, and kids get room to roam. Then everyone comes together under the huge covered patio for long lunches, BBQ dinners and nights around the firepit.

It sleeps up to 11 guests and suits family holidays, multi-generational stays, and two families or groups of friends travelling together.

THE MAIN HOUSE

The main house is the heart of the property. It has everything you need for an easy, relaxed stay.

THE GUESTHOUSE

Set apart from the main house, the guesthouse is a private, self-contained home of its own. It suits grandparents, a second family, or a couple who want their own space while staying close to the group.

HUGE COVERED PATIO with outdoor dining, BBQ and a lounge area. It’s sheltered from the sun and the odd coastal shower, so you can use it whatever the weather.

LARGE FIREPIT AREA for toasted marshmallows, a glass of local wine and nights under the stars.

OUTDOOR SHOWER to rinse off the sand and salt after the beach or a quick dip, before anyone heads inside.

LARGE TRAMPOLINE for endless fun. The kids won’t want to leave.

Picture it: the kids bouncing on the trampoline, the BBQ going, the adults relaxing in the lounge, and everyone ending up around the fire once the sun goes down.
