The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and on the beach. Esther was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again. There was a bar across from the condo. The owner and his wife were very friendly. Great place.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was beautiful and the ocean view was outstanding. The condo is very roomy with comfortable furnishings and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Plenty of towels and linens. Nice quiet building, we felt like we had the pool to ourselves. The best part was the balcony, every morning we’d sit out there drinking coffee and enjoying the ocean views. Also the management company was excellent. Very responsive to all our questions, requests, reservations and arranging tours. The whole experience was very good!

This place exceeded all our expectations and more.

The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with not only the basic supplies, but has a toaster oven, a sous vide, Tupperware, a grill, and more. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a beautiful view and plenty of ocean breezes. The restaurant across the street was convenient with great food. We ate there 3 of our 7 nights. We dove with Belize Pro Divers and they picked us up at the property dock.The management company is fantastic. They arranged our flights from Belize city to Ambergris Caye, a driver to pick us up at the airport and a golf cart reservation for the week. Ms. Ester met us at our arrival and checked us in. She was so responsive to any requests. When we asked for massages, she had us confirmed within the hour. When our A/C stopped working one night, we texted at 8:30PM and she immediately replied and we got it fixed. Tropic Air lost my duty free liquor that I purchased on my way to the Ambergris Caye and Ms. Ester spent hours on the phone with them trying to track it down. She eventually coordinated a refund for me. I can't say enough of how wonderful Ms. Ester was in making our stay so memorable. If you are considering this property, specifically unit 3A, you should book it ASAP. You will not regret it.

Very nice condo

This condo was very nice. It was exactly as advertised (except there is no hot tub as listed). Clean and well stock. The balcony has beautiful sea views. It is a pretty good distance from town & the roads are quite bumpy. The pool left a little to be desired, but it was adequate. It really didn't have much time of full sun & was 4' everywhere, making it hard for shorter people to be able to stand in it comfortably. The whole complex is very well maintained. The grounds/workers were excellent and always smiling, as was Ester. Overall no complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again.
