"Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Laundry facilities, nice well maintained pool, snacks and beverages for purchase. The breakfast was really good and staff was great! We stayed 1 night, decided to visit more of the town so we booked another night and went back! Would definitely stay again."

"Roaches!!!! Roaches!!!! Yes I thought the same thing most of you would. Great reviews, within walking distance of everything in Tombstone. Let's start from the begining. No email received for code to check in so stopped by an hour before check in was told by the gentleman who I realized later was cleaning the room that we had rented (There is only 3 rooms to rent) that if I would receive it by 3 or stop back by. 3:15 me and my family went back to check in still no code. Realized then that the 4th unit in the building is where him and a woman live with a dog. So not sure why you can't contact anyone even over the phone they live there. Went in to check the room, room appeared clean but some things need fixed or renovated. Kitchen sink beat up. ( Later realized buckets under the sink holes in the wall duck taped) No door on bedroom for privacy, 1 small chair and 1 small TV in what would be the living room with queen bed. Left to go back in to town. Returned to room around 9:30pm. My husband went outside to smoke in smoke area which was right next to the office 1 door away from our room we where they are living. He immediately came back in and said Roaches outside in front of our door and there's. Contacted expedia to check out no answer from hotel of course. I rang bell and his reaction was he blamed a property across the street. No you look dirty so does his place. I was told a refund wouldn't a problem but 12 days later contacted my credit card co. because they won't answer."

"Room was clean, beds were very comfy, staff was pleasant, nice big grass area for dogs to sniff around. Area is quiet despite proximity to the highway. Air conditioning was cold, pool was clean and refreshing. Ideally located for adventure around Benson. We went to the caverns and Tombstone. We plan to return and will stay at this hotel again."

"The Inn was easy to find. There was no staff on duty. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come down and check me in. The checking in process was easy. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, and had good amenities. Checking out was a problem. No staff at the front desk again. Called for someone to come but there was no answer. Waited for 5 minutes and now one came. Another guest came in and a few minutes later and we waited. Finally, I just put the key cards on the keyboard at the front desk and left."

"We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, which is especially important in Arizona. The property was somewhat clean, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by cooling issues. After we checked in, we were asked to leave for approximately five hours so an AC unit could be installed. When we returned, the issue was not resolved. The small wall-mounted AC unit only cooled the sitting area, while the rest of the house remained uncomfortably hot. The home retained a lot of heat, and the bedroom was too warm for sleeping. My wife is pregnant, and we were forced to sleep on the couch near the AC unit. By 6:00 a.m. the next morning, she was not feeling well due to the heat, so we left early and drove home. Afterward, the host claimed we were supposed to call or text him so the installation could be completed. However, no phone number was provided, and I had already sent mine through Expedia messages. The host later stated the AC was installed after we had already left. There were also frequent loud banging noises from a neighboring property under construction, and the walls seemed thin enough to hear outside activity easily. Overall, the property did not provide the comfortable, air-conditioned stay that was advertised, and we were disappointed with both the condition of the property and the communication regarding the AC issue."
