"Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Laundry facilities, nice well maintained pool, snacks and beverages for purchase. The breakfast was really good and staff was great! We stayed 1 night, decided to visit more of the town so we booked another night and went back! Would definitely stay again."

"Roaches!!!! Roaches!!!! Yes I thought the same thing most of you would. Great reviews, within walking distance of everything in Tombstone. Let's start from the begining. No email received for code to check in so stopped by an hour before check in was told by the gentleman who I realized later was cleaning the room that we had rented (There is only 3 rooms to rent) that if I would receive it by 3 or stop back by. 3:15 me and my family went back to check in still no code. Realized then that the 4th unit in the building is where him and a woman live with a dog. So not sure why you can't contact anyone even over the phone they live there. Went in to check the room, room appeared clean but some things need fixed or renovated. Kitchen sink beat up. ( Later realized buckets under the sink holes in the wall duck taped) No door on bedroom for privacy, 1 small chair and 1 small TV in what would be the living room with queen bed. Left to go back in to town. Returned to room around 9:30pm. My husband went outside to smoke in smoke area which was right next to the office 1 door away from our room we where they are living. He immediately came back in and said Roaches outside in front of our door and there's. Contacted expedia to check out no answer from hotel of course. I rang bell and his reaction was he blamed a property across the street. No you look dirty so does his place. I was told a refund wouldn't a problem but 12 days later contacted my credit card co. because they won't answer."

"The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and the hosts ensured guests have all the amenities needed. There were tons of single use shampoo/conditioner and body wash, fluffy towels, and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was fully stocked, to include coffee, sugar, and creamer (thank you SO MUCH for this touch). I was able to enjoy my coffee outside on the patio table in the morning, which was so peaceful. The main bed was an extremely comfortable memory foam. The futon was perfect for our 5'7" daughter, length-wise, and she stated she was "very, very comfortable". (We stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites after this stay and were wishing the beds would have been like the ones in this VRBO!) The only downsides to the property were that both entrances were sliding glass doors (i.e., no deadbolt). This made our family a tad uncomfortable. The AC unit above the bed made a strange scratching noise all night and we had to turn it off. The temps at night were low enough that this was a non-issue. Also, while this property is within walking distance to downtown Tombstone, it is on a hill which some guests may struggle with. Overall, it was a great stay. We only stayed one night but this would be a great weekend or week long stay!"
