Beautiful property with very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good. Nice pool and sitting area. Close to highway and many dining and shopping options.

The staff and service of Jardin de Atacama goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They helped us with everything, transfers, and early breakfast. The property has a nice pool and garden to relax after a sunny day.

Jardín Atacama is a gem. It is conveniently located as it is walkable to shops and options for dining. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and Roberto made our whole trip that much better by being incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for the old and young. I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again - it is simply wonderful.

Great location in the centre of SAN Pedro. Friendly, helpful staff. If you’re looking for upscale, big city amenities you won’t like it. But if you want to feel like you’re part of the neighborhood you will.

Great choice!
Reception was very helpful at check-in. Parking was available with reservation as it is limited. Very pleasant and relaxing garden area and the breakfast was very nice. Very close to restaurants and shops, but still quiet in the evening while sleeping. Safe neighborhood. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. We had several very good night's sleep. The bath was small, but worked well. The shower was hit or miss in the mornings as most guests are up and moving early. Good water pressure, limited hot water. Great location for visiting San Pedro de Atacama. Loved the architecture and decor. We would return.

Most helpful staff. Even packed a boxed breakfast for us because we had to leave for a tour before their breakfast opened. However, we woke up early the first morning to find the water shut off. When a staff member opened the office some time later, water was restored. can’t blame the hotel for that.

Restful stay
We enjoyed a quiet hotel with pretty garden and airy dining room. The bedrooms were clean and well appointed. The all day drinking water and tea station was appreciated. Breakfast was fresh, with much variety. Our only disappointment was the hot water was a challenge to regulate and therefore we had to be careful as it could become too hot.

Very friendly staff, good recommendation on travel agency for tours. Great character to hotel, room filled by king size bed, flexible with bagged brekkie for days with tours although very basic. Good environmentally conscious approach

Really helpful, made s number of good recommendations and good communication before hand. breakfast was really good, one of the best we have had in traveling in South America for several weeks. Fire pit and heading in the rooms. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day

Unexpected comfort in desert!!!
It is a hotel but felt like living at home. The breakfast room was always clean and having very good food. The courtyard has nice shade with lounge chairs to just chill anytime of day. It’s central to everything of San Pedro de Atacama. The staffs were helpful, and personable. Dani the manager and Tatiana helped us with our 3 day itinerary there and it was awesome. Must have Chilean home cook lunch in Socaire per Dani’s recommendation. It was cheap yet so delicious. The room was sparkly clean, always. Will definitely come back if having the chance

I loved this little spot! My bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, extra blankets if needed. Everything was immaculately clean, including the bathroom. Sack lunches were made available if you were leaving for a very early tour. Coffee and hot tea were always available. There is a lovely courtyard with lots of seating. The location is great, a block away from Caracoles, felt very safe. The accommodations were wonderful and the staff is truly outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful, interested in my comfort, easy-going, and above-and-beyond helpful in making plans for my time in San Pedro. Tatiana, in particular, was extremely giving of her time in making recommendations about activities and tours. Honestly, they treated me as a friend - I’m not sure what else good I could say about them. In addition to being quick to help, they are also honest, which was refreshing. Between my booking and check-in, I managed to pay for my room twice and probably would never have noticed. They alerted me to the double charge when they could have easily ignored it, and made sure to correct the charge. A model approach to customer care. 5-stars, for sure. Absolutely would stay here again.

Tive problemas por falta de comunicação por email no pré viagem, mas depois foi tudo maravilhoso. Quarto, localização, café da manhã, chuveiro etc. Tem aquecimento no quarto e um ventilador. Tbem há cofre. Super bem localizado. Café com frutas, crepe, pao, alguma torta. Tudo bem feito.

Al momento de hacer la reserva no nos indicaron que la habitación estaría a la entrada del hotel frente a la recepción y con ventana hacia la calle, de modo que los huéspedes que salían de madrugada a tours, nos despertaban con el ruido de las conversaciones en la entrada y recepción. En general la atención del personal es excelente, muy buena disposición para cubrir las necesidades de los huéspedes. El desayuno muy rico y excelentemente atendido. A mejorar la luz de la habitación, tenía una ampolleta de bajo voltaje y de luz fría, por lo que había que abrir la cortina para ver y eso nos dejaba expuestos a la calle.

Excelente hotel, la recepcionista excelente atención y amabilidad, las instalaciones muy bonitas, el área de la piscina excelente. Los únicos detalle fue que el agua caliente cambiaba a fría de repente y para bañar un niño es complicado y las habitaciones no tienen televisión.

L’excellent service du personnel. C’est un hôtel charmant. Un style typique de cette région. Bien situé en ville. Les chambres n’ont pas d’air climatisé mais la température est basse la nuit et on en a pas besoin. Il n’y a pas de mini refregirateur ni de mini bar dans les chambres.

Centrale, ristrutturato recentemente, molto tranquillo, ha anche un po’ di parcheggio. Ha cambiato nome da poco, per cui cercandolo occorre riferirsi all’indirizzo piuttosto che al nome. Camere piccole, specialmente le standard. Per avere un minimo di spazio bisogna avere una Superior. Niente aria condizionata, solo un gran ventilatore a colonna Bagni microscopici, ma puliti. Buona la colazione, a buffet con aggiunta di qualcosa cucinato al momento senza extra costi. Gradevole il patio esterno coperto e scoperto, per avere un po’ di fresco quando picchia il sole.

Muito bem localizado. Fica a uma quadra da rua principal. Funcionários atenciosos. Não é um hotel de luxo mas é tudo preparado com carinho . Gostei bastante.

Gente amable. Buena ubicación. La habitación , a pesar de ser la superior , era un horno e incómoda. No hay sitio para poner las maletas, ni siquiera en el suelo. Así que , para el precio q tiene y lo poco confortable que nos ha resultado, lo siento , pero no lo recomendaría ni volvería a este hotel.

Día a día nos esforzamos en ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes y es evidente que esta vez no pudimos alcanzar nuestro objetivo. A raíz de sus comentarios hemos comprado reposa maletas para nuestras habitaciones. Y estamos buscando formas de disminuir el calor, que la semana pasada fue muchísimo más de lo normal, ya que hubo una ola de calor que afecto nuestra región con temperaturas más altas que nunca! Melhor custo-benefício do Atacama.
O hotel é ótimo! Os quartos são confortáveis, apesar de não muito grandes. O chuveiro e as amenidades de banho são ótimas. O café-da-manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade. A área do jardim é boa para relaxar na beira da fogueira ou nas redes. A localização é sensacional, a uma quadra da principal rua de San Pedro de Atacama. O custo benefício é o melhor de Atacama.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, os funcionários muito gentis, café da manhã delicioso e o quarto é confortável e limpo. A única ressalva é quanto ao banho, toda vez tínhamos que solicitar que ligasse o aquecimento e logo a água gelava, sempre davam uma desculpa, mas precisam corrigir isso, pois depois de um dia cansativo, voltando de algum passeio no deserto, a primeira coisa que necessitamos é um bom banho quente.

El desayuno es muy diverso y bueno y disponer de agua en cualquier momento es muy cómodo. El baño de las habitaciones se podría mejorar un poco. El jardín es agradable sin embargo no disponen de piscina.
