(+) Kind, nice staff (+) Great location (+) Cheap (-) Cold shower, no water (-) No ar conditioner (-) Very tiny room Summary: To have (hot) water avaliable is the minimum expected, even more when after long days on at the Atacama parks. According to the staff it's a San Pedro city issue. I say they should handle it better. Breakfest was ok.

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hostel waren sehr sauber. Gefühlt war das Personal immer beim putzen. Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Heizlüfter, dadurch waren die Nächte sehr kalt. Frühstück war für ein Hostel ok.

So cold in the room

This Hostel was so cold with no heating in the room with a gap in the door for the cold to come directly in from the outside. Apart from that was clean and the staff were helpful. In a great location close to amenities.

Hostel in Innenstadt

Hatte es gewählt wegen Unterkunft in der Innenstadt. Ich fand San Pedro Unterkünfte überteuert aber ich war in der Hauptsaison übers Wochenende hier. Die Check-in Zeit wurde genau eingehalten. Wenigstens bekam ich schon ein Frühstück bei früher Ankunft. Es hat nur auf einer Seite Sanitärr Anlage je nachdem sich das Zimmer befindet kann das nachts schon weit sein. Das Publikum war bunt gemischt etwas mehr Südamerikaner .

Un desastre de estancia. Pero imposible

El personal muy amable menos el chico de la recepción más rellenito con gafas y pelo rizado se comportó como un auténtico mal educado llegando a ofender.. respecto a todo el personal restante muy amable simpáticos y serviciales.. El hotel es céntrico pero es un hotel realmente malo.. No tienen agua caliente ni luz en la pica del fregamanos no puedes afeitarte ya que sólo hay agua caliente en la ducha y los fregamanos los tienen afuera de las duchas.. es un hotel viejo sin cuidado alguno. El wifi va fatal. No lo recomendaría y menos con el mal educado de la recepcion

Pessima estadia e boa localização.

O hotel é apenas para dormir, e muito mal. Fiquei num quarto com banheiro privativo. O quarto era pequeno, a limpeza é muito mal feita, as toalhas são limpas e trocadas todos os dias. A cama tinha muito pelos e cabelos e as cobertas não são trocadas nem lavadas. O atendimento não tem nenhuma qualificação. Funcionários secos, e fazem somente o necessário. O café da manhã é ridículo. Somente um pão com café solúvel e quando eles bem entendem, preparam um ovo (não contem com isso). O banheiro é péssimo. A água sai com muita dificuldade. Agua quente sempre disponível. Não voltaria a me hospedar. A única vantagem desse hotel é a localização.

Hostal demasiado caro

El personal era muy amable y la ubicación excelente, sin embargo, es extremadamente caro para la calidad de las instalaciones. Sobre todo porque estuvimos en un cuarto matrimonial privado y no proporcionan ni jabón de cuerpo.

When a Hostal is a hostel

This "Hostal" is really a hostel, despite having a few separate rooms. Better suited for backpackers than older travelers, although everyone was very nice and helpful.
