Tolles Haus in grandioser Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus selbst, die Lage, die Aussicht und der Garten mit dem Pool, kaum zu toppen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Nur ein kleines Manko: eine Kaffemaschine für zwei Personen und leider nicht geeignet für die Großfamilie.

Belle maison, tout est à disposition pour un séjour inoubliable. Seul bémol, la cuisine où il manque de plan de travail, mais c'est un détail à la vue des prestations proposées !

Schönes Ferienhaus in Aussichtslage. Kein altes Haus, aber von der Einrichtung auf etwas alt gemacht. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, ideal für den Hund. Gute Spaziermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus. Allerdings würde ich das Haus nicht für 10 oder gar 12 Personen empfehlen, ideal wären max. 6-8 Personen. Der Wohnbereich wird durch den großen Esstisch für 12 Personen dominiert, dadurch ist der Raum eher ungemütlich zum Verweilen bei schlechtem Wetter. Relativ viele Wanzen und Ameisen im Haus....

Die Umgebung San Miniator ist sehr schön, auch die hohe Lage des Ferienhauses war gut, der Garten und Pool ist gepflegt. Die Ausstattung im Haus reicht für 6-7 Personen. Einige Ausstattung im Haus benötigten eine Erneuerung und Sanierung. Ansonsten war es ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub.

Tolles Haus für 7 Personen

Wir haben das Haus als Gruppe von 7 Freunden (25 bis 35 Jahre alt) gebucht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sprechen gutes englisch und sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch. Für 12 Erwachsene wäre das Haus zu klein, insbesondere die Küche bietet ein bisschen zu wenig Arbeitsfläche. Für unsere Gruppengröße war es allerdings perfekt. Auch 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder könnten gut funktionieren. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem der fantastische Außenbereich. Einfach traumhaft!

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Etwas abgelegen und dadurch ruhig. Strasse zur ca. 2 km entfernten Fattoria führt zwar am Haus vorbei – stört aber nicht. Liegemöbel am Pool in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Kleiner Einkaufsladen in ca. 3 km Entfernung. Grössere Supermärkte (PAM und COOP) in San Miniato Basso ca. 7 km. Reisetipps: Gute Zugverbindung nach Florenz und Pisa vom Bahnhof Fucecchio aus. Sehr gute Restaurants in San Miniato. Restaurant Papaveri & Papere ist ca.5 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt und bietet sehr leckeres Essen. San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca und Pisa sind innerhalb von 1 Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Stand von Marina di Vecchiano ist zu empfehlen und kann mit einem Besichtigung von Pisa gut verbunden werden. Chianti–Tal ist ca. 1,5 Stunden entfernt. In Panzano unbedingt die Accademia del Buon Gusto besuchen. Weinprobe der anderen Art. Für Weinkauf empfiehlt sich die Enoteca Falorni in Greve

Das Haus war schöner als auf den Fotos; die Außensitzgelegenheit ist schlecht nutzbar, da der Tisch sehr hoch bzw. die Stühle niedrig sind. Innen passte alles. Hoher Erholungswert, wenn man nicht unbedingt auf lange heiße Duschen wert legt. Reisetipps: Wir haben Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, nach Florenz, Livorno und nach San Gimignano gemacht. Für Florenz sollte man sich entweder einer Reisegruppe anschließen oder es vergessen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht (ungepflegt, unübersichtlich, teuer). Dafür ist San Gimignano umso schöner.

Sehr schönes großes Grundstück, mit vielen einzelnen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist ausreichend und auch der dazugehörige Sonnenschutz zum relaxen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und in allen Details eingerichtet. Auch in Punkte Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu meckern.Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und nett.Alles im Allen hat es unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Ausflüge nach Vinci unbedingt empfehlenswert. Pisa und Florenz haben wir per Zug erkundet. Einfach Auto in San Miniato abstellen und dann per Bahn reisen.Zugfahrt ist sehr günstig und stressfrei in Italien. Wocheneinkauf in Empoli im Einkaufscenter.
