Great place and location. Beautiful, clean, quiet. The biggest problem for me as a non-speaker of Spanish is that front desk staff spoke very little English. In first couple of my five nights, that was a big problem.

It would be great if management periodically check heating systems and hot water availability in each room . It took several attempts to fix everything in our room. It was no fault of the staff who tried to accommodate as much as they could.

Tuvimos dos habitaciones, en una el aire acindicionado goteo que dejó un charco. En la segunda habitación no sirvió el Control del AC y por más que esperamos tampoco enfrío el AC solo hizo ruido.

El personal en todo momento, muy limitado porque la reservación la hicimos por la "aplicación", cualquier pregunta ante ponían ese comentario. Mejorar opciones de reservación y beneficios porque son muy distintas por aplicación que directo con él hotel.

When our first property fell through, Expedia booked us at Dona Urraca. We were very pleased with this property on many levels: it was very comfortable and clean, and the location was wonderful! There was a park close by, as well as easy walking to Zona Central. Lots of shopping and dining choices nearby and it was very easy to catch an inexpensive Uber right on the corner.

The rooms in this property are nice and look the way they are presented online. However, the surrounding property, ie the pool, dining at the on-site restaurant, etc are not up to par. The worst part is that the people working the front desk have limited or no grasp of English which is unfortunate since there were problems with the room that they could not understand or resolve. They also use some very harsh chemicals for cleaning that make it hard to breathe in the rooms. If you do choose to stay here, I would say to request to stay on the back side of the hotel because the rooms that front the streets, which were the ones we were staying in, are allowed 24 hours a day. It's a major thoroughfare for buses, motorcycles, and people partying and walking home in the wee hours of the morning as well as those who talk and scream as they're going to work in the early hours of the day - at four and 5:00 a.m. So, if you ever want to sleep for even a few hours on your vacation, please ask for a room that is not at the front of the small property!
