The staff here were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the beding was soft and warm for the chilly nights. They serve a nice continental breakfast

Loved the location and how quiet it was. Very walkable for us. Only drawback for us was that I should have picked a hotel that had a mini fridge and microwave. I thought we would be fine for 3 days. That wasn't their fault, just something other guests might want to know.

There was a cockroach in the room! It was alive, we have to kill it, however we have to check all over the room inside the beds, drawers and bathroom, if there were more. Overall the roon was not clean. TV system with signal problems, slow signal and stopping all the time. When doing the checkout I talked to the manager, and we only recieved an apologyze. She did not offer us any discount, or any other ammenity. I expected to receive complementary breakfast, or something else. Not coming back.

Fue una experiencia desagradable por decirlo menos, luego de múltiples llamadas por parte del hotel confirmando nuestra hora de llegada hicimos el check in 4:30 pm; decido tomar una ducha y el agua no evacuaba por el sifón, reviso y eran pelos obstruyendo el desagüe. Formulo la queja y nos ofrecen cambiar de habitación pero ya cansados decidimos dormir ahí. No pudimos descansar pues las habitaciones dan directamente a la calle y es una vía transitada, las puertas son de vidrio, hay insectos vivos y muertos en las paredes, las camas están desajustadas y detrás de las habitaciones hay obras civiles en ejecución. Es lamentable esta estafa. Pagamos 3 noches y solo tomamos la primera. Salimos de ahí tan rápido como pudimos

Me encantó mi estadía, todo super cómodo, muy amables, el lugar está hermoso, cerca del centro en fin muy buen lugar para llegar a San Miguel de Allende, por cierto les recomiendo los desayunos del lugar está delicioso

Hotel ameno, personal muy amable. La ubicación es una zona residencial, por lo que es tranquilo y silencioso. Tiene lugar de estacionamiento. El desayuno incluído comienza hasta las 9am, por lo que no pude aprovecharlo.

Por lo general, prefiero compartir mis comentarios directamente en el check-out cuando me preguntan sobre mi estadía, pero en esta ocasión no ocurrió. Las fotos de la habitación dan la impresión de ser más lujosas de lo que realmente son. El baño es pequeño y algo incómodo, y noté algunos detalles de mantenimiento como el sonido de las tuberías, moho en las juntas de la ducha, cortinas en mal estado y sábanas con algunas manchas. El desayuno es bastante sencillo, consiste en granola, pan y fruta. Además, la habitación que me asignaron da directamente a la calle, con solo una reja de separación, por lo que el ruido del tráfico y de las personas se percibe con bastante claridad. En general, lo mejor del hotel es el precio, pero creo que hay aspectos que podrían mejorar para hacer la experiencia más cómoda.
