Beautiful studio on the top floor, very bright and with wide views of both the pool and the sea. With a separate sleeping area, it is located in the south of Tenerife, in Golf del Sur, within a residential complex surrounded by gardens, with swimming pools, bars, beach bar, supermarket, 24h security and internal parking (to be reserved at the time of booking and subject to availability).
The apartment has fast internet, a lovely terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic climate of southern Tenerife, and a seating area.
It includes a dining area with an American kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need, a relaxation area with sofa bed, Smart TV, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The area offers a supermarket open until 23:30, pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, and is just a few meters away on foot from Marina Golf Bay and the new pedestrian promenade leading to Los Abrigos.

To comply with legal requirements in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory that all guests complete their registration, and it must be completed within and no later than 24 hours before the check-in time indicated in the listing, that is, no later than 16:00 on the day before the start of the reservation.
After this deadline, it will not be possible to complete it and access to the accommodation will not be allowed.
