This ultra-modern loft is located at the entrance to Cap Corse in Pietranera. Accessible via a private road, it is part of an estate consisting of two other independent properties, each surrounded by a private garden.

It is nestled in lush greenery and faces the sea, with no direct views from the other properties or the area. The area is very quiet.

All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning for better temperature control.

The loft features high-speed internet (fibre optic) and a sound system in every room and the garden to create different atmospheres.

A private parking area for two cars with an automatic gate is accessible via a small private driveway. Two additional public parking spots are available above the property.

The indoor dining area opens onto the outdoor terrace, allowing the dining space to extend into the garden.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 on the ground floor share a bathroom with a hydro-massage tub and separate shower, a walk-in closet, and a toilet.

The exterior

This loft is a paradise for lovers of the sea. It is one of the few properties in Corsica to have its own private beach access leading to a cove (very convenient for boating or other water activities) and a pebble beach.

The various terraces (on the ground floor, ground floor, and the sun deck) offer incredible views of the garden and the sea while ensuring everyone’s privacy.

Located in Pietranera, just 5 metres from Bastia (and its port where ferries arrive), it offers the ideal balance between a small Corsican village—perfect for exploring the wonders of Cap Corse—and the amenities of a large historic city with its rich history, nightlife, restaurants, and shops.

A beach bar is open on the beach (a 5-meter walk from the Loft) during the summer season and offers entertainment during the day and in the evening.

Activities in the area:
- Bastia and its citadel are a 5-minute drive away. Access to the port of Toga and its nightlife is a 15-meter walk
- The village of Patrimonio is 15 metres away, along with its wine-growing region that produces Corsica’s finest wines for you to taste
- Saint Florent, 30 metres away, with its marina—the perfect spot to enjoy Corsica’s most beautiful beach (Saleccia)
- The magnificent fishing villages all around Cap Corse: (Erbalunga, Centuri, Nonza, or Luri)
- Explore the 20 Genoese towers built in the 13th and 18th centuries
