"The staff is fantastic"

"The hotel is really conveniently located just off the main square by the arena, the room was lovely and quiet and the reception staff were fantastic! They were welcoming and extremely helpful, and gave my wife and I some great local recommendations for gelato and where best to catch the bus to lake Garda. The rooftop bar was also a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that"

"This was a perfect place to stay with our big family. Everything is small in the bungalows but big enough to comfortably sleep eat and cook. Everything was very clean. I love that. There is a restaurant in a market in the campground, which made it very convenient for meals. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we had to rent towels and we had to buy our own toilet paper. But other than that, everything was great."

"The suite was so comfy and large for the 2 adults and one child with 2 TVs. The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home. Filtered/bottled water supplied each evening and a turn down service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really really lovely and had a wide variety. Special occasions catered for. We didn't drive but there is an onsite parking lot. "

"I did'have breakfast, but I requested a glass with ice and the front desk lady said she could not provide any ice and sent me to a bar next door. It was not nice from a perspective of a good customer service. "

"An old fashion hotel, located a bit out of the touristic area of Verona on a mean highway. The shower didn’t work well and the tub didn’t evacuated the water at a normal pace. The staff is very indifferent to everyone. "

"This hotel is a gem. The location is so convenient for all activities you may want to do in Verona, the hotel you will come back if you ever come back to Verona, again and again. The staff is superior! They really help you to feel even more comfortable. The breakfast offered is really nice and with many alternatives. Definitely a place to go and stay! "
