2/10 Terrible

"The room is old and the bed was uncomfortable pillow sizes like children pillows, I woke up the next morning with a neck pain, didn’t get any rest, the slots are tight I lose $2,428.00 , the food very expensive . Casino homeless begging for money I used to like Pala back in 2023-2024 totally went downhill. I’ll take my business elsewhere, better to drive a little farther to Palm Springs. Never again. I had to pay resort fee after all the money I spend , I asked if they can waive it they said “no” bye Pala you’ll n ver see me again."

"The worst place—if you have children, do not stay there; it is terrible. The room I was given was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned and had cockroaches and spiders. The bathroom was full of mold—on the curtains, the ceiling, and the shower. The blankets were all stained, and there was a terrible odor. I do not recommend it at all; it is disgusting!!!!!!!"

While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled by management. The communication regarding our missing bags was confusing, and I felt there was a lack of urgency and empathy given the circumstances. Considering the inconvenience, stress, and uncertainty caused by not knowing where our belongings were, I believe more could have been done to accommodate us and provide reassurance while the issue was being resolved. Overall, the experience left us feeling concerned and dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received."
