Cute Perfect Rental Home!

This home is gorgeous! The location is wonderful, the decor is homey, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked for all ones cooking needs. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property

Lovely Getaway for a Wine Tasting tour

Wonderful house in a quiet area. Overall well equipped. Walking distance to DT Paso (I disagree with previous posts that the house is not in walking distance - its only a 15-20 min no-rush walk, which is really nothing). Nice garden with frequent deer visits. Very clean. Great communication with the host. Plenty of parking space. I would definitely return!

Cute farmhouse

The location is great for wine tasting tours and touring the local towns. Easy parking for 2-3 vehicles, good wifi, well appointed kitchen, pretty much anything you need.

A wonderful cottage

I thought enjoyed my stay at the cottage. I first noticed how cute the house is then I was so impressed by the cleanliness. The owners were so thoughtful and had a very informative book with clear directions and food and entertainment options. I look forward to staying here again.

Great stay!

Property is super cute & exactly as described and pictured! Its great for family or couples since the two rooms are on different floors. It allows some privacy. Comfy beds, great kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the deer!!! Such a fun bonus :) We will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Get Away to California

My husband and I and another couple stayed there a few days. We had a wonderful time. It was a special treat to watch the deer coming up to the yard and graze. We highly recommend this place!

Idyllic Getaway

Cobblestone Cottage was filled with comfort and charm inside and out. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the neighborhood deer who came by to visit each day. The cottage had all the amenities we could imagine, cozy beds, and a wonderful fireplace. Our hosts were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the short walk to town, the picturesque neighborhood, the local wineries, and Sensorio (not to be missed).

Quiet charming property

Property was great! Clean, and spacious- as advertised and equipped with a/c and fans for those hot days in summer. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the restaurants, wineries, etc. Beds were squeaky, and some vanity lights didn’t work (or at least we couldn’t easily figure out how to make them work). Overall, no major issues and we would definitely stay here again.

Charming house close to downtown

We had a fabulous stay in this very adorable house. We loved all the original touches and the overall vibe of the home. It was a quick 5 minute drive to downtown and the fairgrounds, were we attended Three Speckled Hens. The complimentary bottle of wine at check in was a very nice touch and was enjoyed. :-) We on multiple occasions saw deer in the neighborhood, such a nice little treat. The only compliant is the backyard didn't look anything like the pictures online. It was dead and no cushions on furniture, just needs some water and a little love back there.

Charming older home in need of some TLC

It's a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, featuring adorable furniture, a great kitchen, and a huge, bright dining room that's to die for.The back garden has potential but is pretty neglected and not usable. You can tell some parts of the house have been modernized and others have not. The downstairs tub is badly in need of repair/replacement. It was pretty shabby. And, the water pressure downstairs is nonexistent. I felt like I was in a youth hostel in Eastern Europe.The walk into town is farther than you think it will be. There are schools between the house and the town square, which require maneuvering around. Also, it's not advertised that the owners live right next door, which could be a dealbreaker for some, so be aware.Cleanliness was not 100%. There were hairs in the bathroom that were not mine, and the wine glasses and coffee mugs were dusty. I needed to wash them before using them.On the plus side, the beds were insanely comfortable. We slept like babies. And, it's so true about the deer. You see them outside ALL the time. It was adorable. It's serviceable for a short stay but nothing luxurious. With a little time, effort, and money it could be amazing.

We spent a couple of days here while we did the wine-tasting thing and Sensorio. It was a beautiful place to spend time with friends and everything was 10 minutes away.

Birthday Weekend with Friends

We stayed in the adorable hilltop cottage for a long weekend to celebrate a special birthday with friends. When we arrived, we were greeted by four beautiful deer in the yard. So fun! Loved the home and our time in Paso. This is an older home and has some little nuances that come with quaint older cottages, but the character and charm were well with it. The communication and speed of response from the hosts were great and prompt, always greatly appreciated.
