TWO BLOCKS from downtown is Classic Victorian Charm combined with all the latest amenities can be found at Suite 16th Vacation Rentals located a few blocks from downtown Paso Robles.
-This is an upstairs unit. (The downstairs is a separate unit, and not available) This is a two bedroom, two bath unit that sleeps 4 comfortably.
-This house is an easy stroll to boutique restaurants and tasting rooms offering some of the best wines from our region. A short walk home thru a quiet residential neighborhood brings you back to your home for the weekend (or week).
-Care for a romantic dinner at home? We have a gas barbeque and a full service kitchen along with our private balconies for that perfect culinary feast.
-Don’t feel like walking downtown for a night of music and dancing? Then watch a movie on our high definition flat screen using our cable or DVD player. You can always make your own dance floor and waltz the night away on our wood floors listening to your favorite CD.
-Here to catch the latest country western star or show off your cutting horse? We are a short walk from the Paso Robles Event Center and Fairgrounds.
-Business won’t leave you alone? We have DSL high speed internet to keep you connected with the outside world.
-Brought that classic car or touring bicycle? We have a secure garage dedicated to your unit to keep your “wheels” out of harms way.

Wonderful Weekend Away

We had a wonderful stay in Paso Robles. We have stayed at this condo before and it is our favorite place to stay in Paso Robles. It is clean, decorated beautifully, and has all the amenities we would want to have. It is located a short walk from downtown, close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay in Paso Robles

The home was welcoming and the perfect size for two couples. The location is near downtown so we were able to walk to dinners and shopping, The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need. We would return when visiting again.

Beautiful place close to Downtown.

This was a perfect spot that made it easy for us to walk anywhere we wanted to go in Paso Robles. The place was beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Paso in the future.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. A small issue with air-conditioning not working the first day we arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning for us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and better location!

Location was perfect if you like being able to walk to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The house had everything you could want including laundry and AC. We will definitely be back next year!

The unit was spacious and clean, with 2 bedroom/bath suites, perfect for us. Loved the quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and short walk to shopping and dining in the downtown square area of Paso Robles. The owners were friendly and super-responsive. We'd love to return!

Paso Robles getaway with friends

We loved staying at this property! It was immaculately clean, well stocked and organized with necessities and a few extras, walking distance to downtown restaurants, and beds were comfortable! We loved the bottle of wine chilling in the fridge when we arrived. The outside balcony was nice for after dinner drinks or breakfast. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely property close to downtown shops & restaurants. Super easy check in & hosts were very accommodating. Bonus having a garage. Was very sad to leave Paso. Everyone is so nice & the wineries are fabulous. Will definitely be back!
