Happy Clam Casa Oceanfront Beach House w/Private GuestHouse
- Right on the sand, this home is an Ocean Front Paradise! Huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with a sliding glass door leads out to the 250 sq ft deck that floats above the sand. 2 master suites in the main house enjoy the same incredible beach and ocean views. Kitchen remodel features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & indoor laundry area. Gorgeous dark wood flooring further enhances this lovely home. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new flooring, painting & counter tops. There is a separate apartment featuring another bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchenette. A lovely courtyard with terra cotta tile flooring connects the two living spaces. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing finish to a day on the beach.
This home is perfect for a family or small gathering of friends. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed. An outside camera and motion activated lights facing the street provide added security.

Towels may not be used for beach nor for grease or make up removal. Rags are provided and must be used for any heavy dirt or grime clean up.
There are full time residents in the vicinity and it is important to be mindful of neighbors. A noise curfew is in effect between10 pm and 8 am.
