Modern Upscale Downtown Pismo Beach Home

Home For Rent is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Pismo Beach, Boardwalk, and Downtown Shops and Attractions are only 1 block away. A peek of the ocean can be enjoyed from the living room, as well as from the front deck. A deck with outdoor dining and gas barbecue are the perfect spot for spending time with friends and family in the coastal air. The open living area has overstuffed sofas, flat-panel TV with digital cable service, including Movie Channels. This property is equipped with a private wireless Internet network for guests' use. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped for home-cooked meals. (Food and perishable items are not provided.) The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the en suite bath features slate tile flooring and shower surround and has a shower/tub combo outfitted with a rainwater shower head.
The other two bedrooms both have queen beds and are located on the ground floor of the property. The second bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms and has a shower only. Other amenities include a stacked full size washer & dryer

Great getaway!

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

We had everything we needed and the host was responsive about getting into the property easily and easy check out. I'm not sure if we weren't using the ac correctly but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and that worked just fine so close to the ocean. We also felt very safe in the location.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located close to restaurants and just a quick walk to the pier and beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Beds were very comfortable. Even had board games to play in the evenings as we were relaxing. Nice to have a garage to park. Check in and out was super easy and great communication. We will stay here again!

Excellent property and very cozy. The location was fantastic and a short walk to everything downtown. Felt like I was home. We will be back soon and hopefully we can stay at the same place!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

The house is clean and relaxing. They have everything you need available in the kitchen, which makes things much easier for me to cook. The beds are so comfortable! I will not stay anywhere else in Pismo again. I will only stay in this house. Coastal Vacation Rentals is very easy to deal with. They are very friendly and attentive to any problems. We only had one problem with the propane tank our first stay, and they fixed it right away. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Pismo. It was spacious, beatiful on the inside and outside and very clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.
