Hilltop 365 is a stunning, very private, luxury property with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, making it the perfect retreat for 5 couples or groups. This 3000 sq foot home sits on the top of 2 oak studded acres overlooking the surrounding hills and downtown Paso. The panoramic views are heavenly day and evening and can be enjoyed from 3 different decks. Located on the west side, it is only blocks, and within a convenient walking distance, of the downtown wineries, restaurants and shops. This contemporary home is professionally designed and very spacious with high ceilings. There are 3 large king bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, and 2 queen bedrooms, most of which have private entrances and private view decks. One bedroom is even a studio set up, with a secondary kitchen. Come stay in the heart of the wine region and enjoy the beauty of this home and the surrounding area. An EV car charger is also available on the property.
Please note: This is not allowed to be a "party" house, but is rather a luxury property. The 10PM Paso Robles noise ordinance outside is also enforced. Lic # SPR19-0061

Great weekend getaway

This place is perfect for a big group. All the rooms are so accommodating and good size. The living area and patio is also very comfortable for a big group. Loved the location of the property. It’s private yet very close to town. Definitely highly recommend and would love to come back again.

Great base to see the area

A group of friends down for a long weekend including wineries and great food. We were able to walk to downtown (short steep hill) and had a great time. The view from the deck is epic.

The property had gorgeous views from every room and angle. We enjoyed the outdoor space and there was plenty of room for our 4 couples. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and to feel at home.

We were in Paso for our son’s wedding. My family enjoyed staying at Ric and Debra’s home. It was comfortable and close to everything we needed. Ric was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

What a fantastic stay, everything about this place was perfect. We had three couples celebrating milestone birthdays. We ate, we drank wine and relaxed in this home. So much room, open concept, great water pressure showers, super comfortable beds, walking distance to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous home

Six of us enjoyed this gorgeous home on a trip to area wineries. Great location and the home was the perfect size. Two of us shared a room and everyone else had their own space. The highlight of the home is the lovely top deck and view, which we enjoyed each morning for breakfast and in the evening.

Stunning property

Like Dr. Who’s Call Box, this home is so much bigger on the inside. The multiple decks offer great views. The Aviator Room is amazing! Must see to believe.

Great House for Wine Country

First off the hosts are amazing. Respond so quickly to everything and made the process as simple as can be. Location is perfect for wine tasting and for going to dinner in downtown Paso. The house was so comfortable and furnished like the hosts live there full time. Most comfortable beds ever! Already planning next trip back to this house!

Paso Getaway

We rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends, and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, and the house was well stocked. Having the majority of the bedrooms downstairs was really nice, because it allowed us to take naps after a long day of wine tasting... LOL. I would defiantly rent this property again.
