Living Room has 60" High Definition Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD with surround sound. Wireless internet included. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved.

This property has a Ring Doorbell Camera or similar recording device at the front door. For every reservation, without exception, the name and phone number of every person age 18 and over at check-in who will be present on site must be provided prior to check-in.

Guests bringing an electric vehicle will need to notify Coastal Vacation Rentals in advance if they would like charging privileges, an additional fee does apply. Guests found to be charging any vehicle(s) without permission will be charged a penalty in addition to the charging fee.
