"The pool wasn't heated, jacuzzi was out of order and empty. The room carpet was stained and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We only had 1 washcloth and the room smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointing. The beds are very uncomfortable and made our back and necks hurt."

There were transcends hanging out and going through trash cans. Car horns and highway traffic noise. It was a 3 night stay with no room service and no clean towels"
