Yuma Townhouse - Centrally Located!

Yuma is one of the best-kept secrets. There are many year-round activities to enjoy. During the winter months, we have beautiful cool sunny days. This townhouse is centrally located in Yuma. Only 20 minutes away from Los Algodones, Mexico. It’s always fun to visit. They have great tacos, shopping, and very inexpensive prescription drugs. It is also known as Molar City. It has the most dentists per capita than any town or city in the world. The nearby Colorado River is a great way to relax whether boating, floating down, or canoeing. The Imperial Sand Dunes is about a 20-minute drive. There are three local casinos to visit. If it is sight-seeing you like, Yuma is rich in history. Visit the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Parks. The downtown area also is a great place to shop or visit the museum. It provides a great nightlife with restaurants and bars to visit.

Great stay & relaxing

Great place to stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Centrally located and although compact everyone had plenty of room for privacy. Will definitely stay here again when needing a place to stay in Yuma.

Central to everything, clean and great layout

We used this house as our centerpoint to El Centro Naval Air Show, Center of the World (Felicity CA), Algodones, MX, and great restaurants in Yuma. Loved the putting greens in back! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The premises was clean, our host was very responsive, and we felt like we had a home away from home (with the benefit of a putting green in the back yard(fun for a little friendly competition)). All in all well stocked, great shape, and conveniently (centrally) located.

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our visit to my Marine son stationed at MCAS Yuma. It was close to the base and everything in town. Very clean and comfy. It was nice for my son to get off base and relax. It was Nice to be able to grill dinner for him and a couple of his friends. The putting greens are a nice touch for some family fun.

We went to Algodones every day while here. It was a 14 mile drive. The neighborhood was quiet. and lots of restaurants within 1.5 miles. We never made it to the pool.

Perfect rental property

The property was perfectly located for us and had everything we needed for our stay in Yuma. A lovely property, quiet neighborhood, with a relaxing shaded patio. Located near the airpot we were afraid the planes would keep us up at night. As it turned out, it was day two before we even remembered to listen, so they certainly didn't bother us at all. The putting greens in the yard were a fun perk as well. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Yuma townhouse

Very clean townhouse. This is our second year staying here. Everything is as advertised, and very nicely furnished. One thing to consider is its proximity to the Yuma Marine Corps air station, It can be a bit noisy at times. As a retired pilot, it was no problem for me, but some be bothered. Only during daylight, however. We will return again next year.

Cure, clean and comfortable

The property was exactly as pictured and described. I recommend Karen as a host anytime and would return. She was more than easy to work with. She checked in on us to make sure we got in and sent the instructions separately to make it easier for us to access the property. The property is easy to find with good access to all of Yuma. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to I-10. I give this property and host the highest score and feedback. Thank you for being flexible as well.

Sixty-eight Exceptional reviews tell the story!

Everything about our week-long stay (for dental surgery) was superb. The property is magical, and it's clear the hosts, Karen and Keith, are masters of their craft. The location feels safe and quiet. No street noise or people noise (some military jets - rarely). The garage is nice to tuck away the car. The interior is perfectly appointed with modern appliances and well-maintained spaces. We loved the soothing colors and textures. The bed was comfortable and the sheets silky soft. Lots of pillows. The kitchen is complete for home cooking, including spices and staples. The back patio is a magnetic draw, with song birds, shade, a cooling fan and a deceptively challenging putting green. We spent a lot of time reading and listening to the birds. Soaps and spices, golf balls and comfy throws. Cleaning supplies if you want them, and extra towels. And, NETflix! Best ever in our experience. Our hats are off to the hosts. Perfection.

All was great and super easy check-in! This is our 2nd visit and itsin a great location near Walmart, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, Olive Garden, and ofcourse the mall. We had a great visit and Karen was so accommodating from beginning to end. Definitely would consider keeping this gem on my Yuma itinerary.
