"We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!"

"Convenient location to reach beach, restaurants and shopping as well as the ferry terminal and train. All walkable. Room was spacious. Shower was great! Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was excellent. We didn’t like the immediate area outside the hotel which was dirty, garbage, etc. The “sea view” room we reserved didn’t have a great view due to construction. More a view of an adjacent parking lot."

The breakfast was fantastic, all fresh products; one thing that really stood out to us was the honeycomb at the buffet, dripping with delicious fresh honey. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it, as we had such a wonderful experience."
