"Beds were dirty.......I was tired to ask for another room"

"Needs like a soap and shampoo holder, if the guest bring their own hygiene travel products. Also there was a second air-conditioning inverter in the kitchen/living room but I didn't find the remote."

"No elevator. Lots of fun schlepping 50 pound bags up 3 floors to our room. The room is about 10 X10 with a bed, table and TV that keeps dropping internet connection. They did not turn on the AC before we came so room was about 90 degrees and took several hours to cool down. The bed and sheets were clean. Breakfast included some fruit and pop tarts. I think we left some medication there. Did not respond to our email. Definitely will not be staying here again. "

"When arrived instructions were clearly listed for check in, upon walking into the property we were unsure if the room had been cleaned, under the beds has tissues and some a tips. Towels were not clean that were provided. This lead us to have to purchase our own. Water to shower was SCORCHING HOT and unbearable. The water will quickly cycle from cold to hot to BURNING hot with the only way to fix it was to shut off the water wait a few mins and do it all over again until shower was over. I reached out multiple times over my stay and didn’t get consistent responses regarding fixing the water, or the WiFi that was not working for the duration of my stay. In short, what I paid for was not ideal and caused for the stay to be more of a hassle. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. The shower wasn’t our favorite but otherwise it was a nice place. The rooftop was beautiful. When I had issues getting in, I called the host and he answered quickly. Took us a minute to figure out parking but that was typical for San Juan. 20 minutes from old San Juan and Ubers were affordable (we were advised to avoid driving in old San Juan)"

"Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable. The host was very friendy and was able to accommodate my needs. I would stay there again. "

"Great location for a stay. The pool was great. 4 of the patio chairs were broken. Could have been thrown out or get them fixed. But to leave them on the property broken, just looks bad. The house was GREAT. A minor thing, but the house could be cleaner. Very dusty, doors and light switches could certainly use a wiping, lots of dust and debris in corners and under furniture.As far as Robbie and Maria, very responsive. Easy to deal with. There was no hairdryer in the rental, had one there the next day after mentioning it to them. The fridge quit working, wasn’t long after we sent a message , the repairman was there to fix the problem. All in all, the 9 of us would stay there again. "
