This apartment is the perfect spot to visit Isla Verde, Condado and The Old San Juan. The property have an EXTRAORDINARY LOCATION since is just three minutes from the Luis Muños Marín International Airport, also is very close to multiple beach’s as the iconic Isla Verde one. It is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car and just use Uber or taxi around because the area has everything within reach reach of the tourist.

Everything about this stay was very nice from the area how close it was to the airport and how nice the local area was only squabble I had was the stained bed sheets and towels and the low water pressure . I think the door needs to be fixed as its draggin a bit on the floor but other then that host was very nice welcoming to there home and also very helpful in our stay in giving us suggestions and places also things to do on the beautiful island ! but I would recommend and stay again.

It’s was not that clean and had no hot water. The host never replied to the hot water issue. It’s small and yes it is 5 min drive to the airport and a 20 mins drive to the beach. In a residential area and there is one convince store that’s is within walking distance.
