Guests have full access to every thoughtfully designed room in this second-floor apartment, including:

A cozy side courtyard with a shaded seating area—perfect for morning coffee or sunset chats

A spacious balcony/patio where you can unwind after a day of exploring

Two reserved parking spaces, conveniently located next to the front left gate for easy comings and goings

This is your private retreat to enjoy, relax, and make your own during your stay.

Other Things to Note

You're just 5–10 minutes from Cataño, home to the famous Bacardi Distillery Tour and the scenic ferry ride to Old San Juan. You're 20 minutes from the San Juan Airport (SJU), 20 minutes from the ship docks (a location perfect for cruisers).

Uber is available on the island. (Heads up: No Lyft in Puerto Rico.)

IMPORTANT: Please use Google Maps for directions. Apple Maps may take you to the wrong street!

This is a residential neighborhood where local families live and work. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum on weekday evenings out of respect for our neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking indoors, please. Feel free to use the outdoor spaces for smoking, and kindly keep doors closed so the scent doesn’t drift inside.

In the Kitchen:
We’ve stocked the basics to get you started:

Salt, pepper, Complete Seasoning (a house favorite), brown and white sugar

Coffee, tea, and powdered creamer

Dishwasher tablets (bottom left drawer)

Previous guests often leave various other seasonings and kitchen items that you are more than welcomed to use! Who knows, you may find a new staple!

Beach Ready:
We’ve got you covered for your seaside adventures. You’ll find:

Beach towels (in the hallway closet’s black box)

Beach chairs, a cooler, and an ice pack
Please return these items after use so other guests can enjoy them too.

Little Extras:

A first aid kit is located in the hallway closet for minor bumps or scrapes

Feminine products are stocked in the bathrooms—just in case

Black washcloths are provided to help keep our fancy towels makeup-free

Entertainment:
All three TVs are smart TVs. Bring your logins and stream to your heart’s content—just don’t forget to log out when you check out.

A Quick Note:
The supply closet in the living room is locked for host use. If you need anything during your stay, just reach out—I'm happy to help.
