Private Beachfront Home - Resort Like Property - Weather Guarantee

Located at the foot of the El Yunque Rainforest this beach house is in the most desirable area of Puerto Rico. The house is on the northeast side of the island, is bordered by a 1,000-acre mangrove forest preserve, and is on a secluded beach between two of the best resorts on the island, the Wyndham Reo Mar, and the Hyatt Grand Reserve Resort. It is on one of the 12 Fincas (Farms) on the Las Picuas road which were protected from commercial development and boasts a quiet and secluded beachfront. The beach is calm and beautiful, ideal for paddle boards, kyacks, fishing, kite sailing, and more. Shaded by palms, it is a great place to hang out and picnic.

The house was originally built by a pool designer and has spectacular, resort-like outdoor areas. Tropical gardens and palm trees surround the private pool, huge in-ground hot tub/jacuzzi, bathhouse, tiki bar with pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area.

The house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths plus an additional bath in the pool house. It has two levels with kitchens and baths and laundries on both levels. A huge patio encourages the enjoyment of the tropical scenery. It is air-conditioned and has the latest technology including satellite TV, high-speed internet with wifi and ethernet connections, and USB outlets. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two sleeper sofas.

It is minutes from Puerto Rico's best attractions, including paddleboard lessons, golf, zip-lining, horseback, hiking, bio bay tours, ATVs, and more. Enjoy fine dining at four very close-by resorts or experience the adventure of the Kioscos a row of 30-40 local restaurants 3 miles away by Luquillo beach.

It is a short 35-minute drive to San Juan airport or to visit the history, culture, and culinary resources of the city.

Special birthday vacation

The house worked out perfectly to reunite our family for my birthday. Our two adult children flew in with their partners and we had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the comfortable grounds/pool and fun amenities like the kayaks and paddle boards. The location was perfect for hiking in the rain forest and not too far for an occasional visit to Old Town San Juan.

5 Stars – Perfect Island Getaway!

We had an incredible stay at the Yellow Beach Home in Puerto Rico! The house was clean, cheerful, and exactly as described—bright, breezy, and just steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee at one of many outdoor seating areas was the perfect antidote to life’s everyday hustle.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear, and the Wi-Fi and A/C worked great. The location was peaceful and safe, but still close to restaurants, local markets, and some amazing beaches.Our host and property manager, Manny, were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great tips on where to eat and what to explore nearby. We felt completely at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking to relax and soak up some island magic!

Exceptional stay!

Our family of 7 had the absolute pleasure of staying at the yellow beach house this past week and had the best time! It was just as expected with the awesome pool and hot tub … and the beach was just a few steps away. The house setup was great for our family, and was clean and ready upon our arrival. While we explored the area, we loved our time at the house just relaxing. Manny was an awesome host during our stay assisting with anything needed and great recommendations for dinner. William was also very helpful during the booking addressing many questions while trying to make a decision. We appreciate their attentiveness and quick responses! We were sad when we had to leave but look forward to more vacations at the house. Most certainly recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing. The house was comfortable and well spaced, and loved that 2 separate areas. Outside hosted a wonderful pool, hot tub, showerr house, and numerous sitting areas. Host provided several items for use at beach. Loved tge stay .

Happy Place!

The Happy Yellow House has become our new happy place! Felt like having our own private resort - the pictures do not do it justice! Beautiful property, calm, peaceful beach - great for snorkeling and safe for kids. We look forward to returning someday!

Our own little paradise

We had an amazing 4 day stay at the Happy Yellow House. It was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most spending a lot of our time in the private pool and hot tub. We loved the short walk to the beach and how close it was too all the local attractions. The fully equipped home was perfect for our family of 5.

Such a great place for a family vacation!

This is our first time in Puerto Rico when it was absolutely beautiful. We went with another couple and it was perfect because we each had her own apartment! The pool and the hot tub are amazing. The very short walk to the beach is also beautiful. We use the pizza oven one night and it worked great. The noseeums are pretty bad so take spray. The beach is next-door to a public campground, but we did not have any issue with the noise, etc. Some of the beach did have quite a bit of trash, but was still beautiful and a perfect place to hang out.

Favorite Vacation

This was our second stay at the Yellow House and it was just wonderful. It's like having your very own ocean front resort all to yourself. Convenient location close to restaurants and shopping (short driving distance). Nice, quiet neighborhood. Everyone is super friendly. Can't wait to come back for round 3 someday!

2025 PR Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property with our family of eight. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, beach gear, and cozy common areas where we could all gather.We loved starting our mornings on the patio and spending time together in the shared spaces. Everyone had enough room to relax and recharge, which made the trip even more enjoyable. It was a great home base for exploring the area.The only downsides were the mosquitoes, which were more active than expected, and the presence of sargassum on the beach during our stay. Neither was a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re visiting during the same season.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely return. Thank you for a fantastic family getaway!

Very private, solid house. Spent much time in the Backyard amenities. We lost power and it was great that the house had a backup generator to keep the house cool.

Yellow House Retreat

This is our second visit. First was 2 years ago. Love the location. Manny is excellent! We have problems with septic right away, that needed to be pumped. Ran out of propane for cooking, and for hot tub, but was taken care of quickly. House shows more wear and tear since our last visit. We will return. Cannot beat location and overall accommodations.Didn’t hear back from owner after left and tried to bring these issues up. We love this place and hope some updates for overall wear and tear completed.

Private Oasis in paradise!

We loved the house and the grounds! The property looks and feels like you are in your own private resort. The pool and hot tib are really nice, we spent several hours in them every day. The access to the ocean is very convenient. Manny is awesome and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!!

Pictures do not do this property any justice! The house is incredible but the amenities are the cherry on top, we had so much fun paddle boarding and splashing in the pool. We even grilled out one evening. This property is all you need you wont even need to leave. The property Manager manny was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back

Great stay!

The beach was beautiful and convenient. The pool and hot tub felt resort style. Overall we had a great stay. The property was stocked with basic necessities. I wish we would have known that it was two apartments not connected. It may be a problem for families with young children.

Happy Yellow House

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon, and words can’t explain how beautiful this house was. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing time. Checkin and out was super easy. Manny was fantastic and greeted us the minute we arrived. He showed us around the property and even gave us recommendations on great restaurants and things to do. This yellow house was spectacular . Best Vacation Ever!

We brought our daughters and their husbands to enjoy Puerto Rico. Their father is Puerto Rican and wanted to share his homeland with his girls. We had the best time relaxing in the pool and hot tub, using the kayaks and paddle boards to navigate the private beach area was a bonus. Tropical Oasis

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. In fact, we didn’t want to leave. There’s a pool, outdoor bbq area, jacuzzi, outdoor bar and a short path to the beach. Everything you could want! Manny was excellent and very responsive. He met us with the keys and showed us around. I thought this was wonderful. Sometimes you don’t hear a peep from the property managers/owners. Five stars. Hands down the best property I’ve been to and will be back again!

Resort like Beach House

This property was perfect for our adult family of 7. We had several meals at the outdoor spaces and the outdoor kitchen was great. The pool and hot tub area is truly a resort like setting. The house had everything we needed for cooking and visiting the beach. Location was convenient to water excursions, historical sites and the rainforest for waterfall hiking. The beach area was nearly private as we only saw a handful of people all week. The Owners and Concierge were all very responsive and courteous. The beach area can be minimal at times and there is not a big area to swim in the ocean due to the shallow grass that consumes most of the bay. I recommend going to another area for snorkeling. Also, they need to add some more lounge chairs around the pool that can also be used at the beach.

Great location!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Yellow House. Pros: It is conveniently located near restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores. This rental property is enormous. Like having your own personal resort. We spent a great deal of time in the private pool and walking the beach. House was stocked with necessities. Manny was accommodating and easy to contact. Cons: The Yellow House could use some maintenance. No working dishwasher. We had to hand wash many of the dishes in the cupboard that weren’t clean.Towel racks in all the bathrooms would be nice. Tiki bar near the pool looked like it was falling apart. This was the only part of the property we wouldn’t consider using.
