  • This is a 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom unit, 3th floor stairs, it has a common area terrace for the residences. It has 2 twin beds in each bedroom. Behind the building has parkings. From thursday to saturday next door a restaurant has live music and paella! If you like nightlife and party this is excellent spot. If you are light sleeper please reconsider this before book! This unit is 10 mins driving to the beach. It is close to Plaza Las Americas.

    There is a great restaurants next to us Susso, family business of more than 30 years. From thursday to saturday there is live music and paella. The neighborhood has lots of lawyers office so the restaurant with live music go a lot of lawyers and professionals
