This place was heaven- we spent 6 nights and only left once - restaurants, pharmacy everything walking distance- Host replied immediately if we had any questions. Check in and check out process was very easy. Will definitely be back

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo on the most amazing beach! Waking up and having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was super responsive throughout our entire journey. We are already talking about when we can go back!

Amazing location

We had a great stay here, the location is great with short walk to the beach. I love that there were restaurants within walking distance. The owner is extremely responsive to any requests or concerns. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to come back.

Amazing view, 18th floor no ac needed, nice blowing wind and the sound of the waves. Right on a beautifull beach! Securr building, friendly staff, all you need is in walking distance, if not Uber is there and super friendly! Puertorican are amazing.

Fun in the sun

Beautiful view from our room. We loved staying there and we loved the room. The description is accurate. Very easy access to the beach and close to plenty of food and stores. Would definitely stay there again

Amazing Oceanfront View

Family time on our favorite beach

We had a wonderful stay for Grandma's 95th birthday weekend. We have been staying in these buildings since the 90s and had not been in almost 10 years. Unit was exactly as described, easy check-in and beautifully redone. Hope to be back soon - thank you!

Fantastic Rental

I have rented this property several times in the past. I love the decor and the view from the balcony is beyond compare. The condo is clean and secure. The location is ideal for families or couples. If you seek to learn about Puerto Rico, this is an ideal starting point. The owner(s) are very easy to work with and do their best to accommodate your needs. I will definitely return.

Beautiful beach view!!

Loved our stay the place was rigth on the beach, you can hear the waves at night & plenty of restaurants & night life to go around, the only thing & it’s a minor one is that the shower pressure was really low but everything else was great, will definitely comeback to stay here I loved it, the host was very responsive but didn’t need to contact for anything as everything was smooth! Thank you!!

Isla Verde condo

Excellent condo for a beach vacation. Wonderful views and easy access to beautiful beach with umbrellas for rent. Condo had chairs and beach towels to use. Grocery stores within 1 mile for breakfast and lunch groceries. CVS and Walgreens across the street. Bistro Cafe was excellent for breakfast. We enjoyed Santurce restaurants for dinner( Casita Miramar, Vianda and Lote 23) Old San Juan walking tour Day trip to El Yunque for a hike and Fajardo for bioluminescent kayak tour.

Perfection!

Our stay at this condo was Perfect! The condo exceeded our expectations, the location is ideal for seeing Carolina, enjoying the local foods and spirits, the beach…best beach we’ve ever experienced and the guys that set up the umbrellas and chairs were exceptionally nice and helpful. Everyone at the condo and within the Carolina neighborhood are wonderfully friendly and nice. If considering to stay at this location and condo, don’t hesitate or look elsewhere, stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful view

The property was very nice. The master bedroom was very spacious. The second bedroom is very small and is two twin beds pushed together. This was fine for us but the website/picture stated two twin beds with a place to put your phone/book/drink. This is not the case. There is little room to move However, the rest of the condo was very nice. Great balcony with a great view. (although the picture does not show the very large unit that sits on the balcony) There was however, room for 4 people to sit. The pool and beach are wonderful. The property manager was also great. My questions were answered promptly and she was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location for a vacation

The location is perfect to access any point in the island. The view and the sound of waves is unmatchable. If you are not travelling outside of the metropolitan area, you do not need a car. Uber is cheap and readily available. If you do need a car, there is a reserved covered parking spot. If warm, there are wall A/C units that are sufficient but also available a central air conditioner. I stayed 12 days. There are 2 supermarkets nearby (not really walking distance) and a close Walgreens that is super well supplied. Management is readily available and a couple of minor problems were resolved promptly. Security in the building is tight and helps provide a feeling of safety. The beds were comfortable as well as the remaining of the accommodations. Kitchen well stocked and we were able to cook several meals there.

Nice stay! Right on the beach

Great property. Close by everything. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Great view, we slept with the window open most nights and you can hear the waves all night. Cons: Not enough towels. We had to buy our own towels. Communication with host was a little shaky at first. I’m use to property managers answering and responding quickly. No oven. One machine is the washer and dryer and I couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer. Overall the stay was good. No major complaints. Property is as described. Security was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Pleasantly surprised!

First time in Puerto Rico and first time staying on an "urban beach". The beach was beautiful and much less crowded on our end than in front of the Fairmont and Royal Sonesta. The condo was next door to the public access though so there were a lot of local groups partying late into the evening on the holiday weekend. Surprised we could hear all the noise from the 18th floor but we're also not used to being in the city on vacation. It did quiet down during the week. The condo was very nicely updated and the West building is definitely the better choice, direct beachfront with amazing views! There was a pair of dirty socks left under the bed and some sand on the floors so maybe one bedroom was missed by the cleaners but overall it was clean and comfortable. We did have to buy some minor items - a sponge to wash dishes, aluminum foil, tupperware containers, olive oil and spices. We had some questions but the property managers, Shaka and Myriam, were very responsive, quickly answering all questions and providing helpful information. The entire island completely lost power for almost 2 days and Shaka provided us with flashlights and a rechargeable fan. Even though it was completely out of their control, they offered to refund our remaining stay if we left early and then provided us some money back to make up for the inconvenience! This was amazingly kind and unexpected! We would definitely return and have already recommended them to our friends!

Don't miss out on gem

We had a wonderful stay in Carolina Beach in this beautiful condo! The description and pictures accurately describe the condo. It appears it has recently been renovated and is very nice. The view from the LR and bedrooms are amazing! The condo is very secure with a security door that has it's own key different than the one to the front door. My only con is the combo washer/drier in the unit is very confusing to use so bring quarters and use the laundromat on the 1st floor. The security staff stay was very helpful. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants. The sushi restaurant across the street is good. Uber is available and pretty inexpensive. Plenty of places around to rent a car. We did several activities and it is cheaper to rent a car and drive than do a tour. That way you can go at your own pace. For ex., if you want to zipline, the Toro Verde’s Zipline Adventure Park tour is about $199 per person. If you drive, it's $99 a person and you don't pay for people who just want to watch. Just don't forget to make a reservation for the park! If you want a nice date night go to The Fairmont hotel and casino. It is specular! Lots of restaurants at the hotel but we went to the one that serves authentic Puerto Rican food. The swordfish with creole sauce was amazing! Last tip, don't forget to try the Don Q Rum with pineapple juice! Have a fabulous trip! We will be back and will definitely stay here again!
