  • Welcome to Villa Catalina, a beautiful, newly refurbished beach house with pool, just steps from Isla Verde Beach, selected by USA Today in 2016 as one of the best Urban beaches in the world.

    (THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES.

    SORRY, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

    NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE LOUD NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.)

    The villa may accommodate a total of up to 14 persons in six bedrooms and 4 full baths- 9 beds, 5 queen, 4 bunk beds.

    It is in a perfect location due to;

    1 proximity to the beach, only 1 minute walk.

    2 proximity to restaurants, hotels, night life, bars, grocery store, pharmacy and shops, all within couple minutes walking distance.

    3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce.

    The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv.

    It also has a pool, power generator and water cistern.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Clean and comfy. Location is amazing and so close to everything. You can walk to the beach or drive to piniones near by, which is my favorite spot to eat after a beach day.

This was a great place to accommodate 14 people, and call home for 5 days, the check in process was great the host had someone there waiting for us upon check-in, he walked the home with us, showed us where everything was, and upon check out was also at the home to make sure everything went well. Great location and great unit. The manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs and answered critical questions when the island’s blackout occurred. This property is amazing! We had 14 people stay (7 adults and 7 kids) and we were never cramped. The open living room, kitchen, dining area was a great place to hang out, but then we could escape to our room for privacy. The pool area was very nice and the kids lived in the pool. The house is 3 blocks from a beautiful beach which was an easy walk. They provided beach chairs but you can also rent chairs and umbrellas right at the beach. If we return to San Juan, we will book again!

Amazing vacation!

We stayed at this property for my bachelorette party and the process from check in to check out was smooth, the house is beautiful and comfortable, and the location is perfect, close enough for a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan and a 5 minute walk to the beach! The patio is also great to lounge in, as long as you have some bug spray. Ruben was available and very accommodating the whole time! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Catalina!!! Loved, loved, loved our trip. Rueben was fantastic, very responsive to questions and minor issues that occurred. The house is beautiful, as pictured. It was a short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all, and other amenities. Highly recommend, especially for large groups. There was plenty of room. 5-star rating, would stay here again!

Nine adults from our family stayed at Villa Catalina for a family wedding in Old San Juan. The property was perfect for our 4 day stay! It was super close to the airport and an easy Uber ride into OSJ. It had everything we needed, including coolers and beach chairs. The outdoor living area was spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone. Ruben was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great time at Villa Catalina. Appreciated the space and location. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Rueben was so helpful when there was a minor problem with the house. No spices or oil in the house so bring your own. Loved the outdoor backyard space and we spent most of our time relaxing there .

Our group had a great stay at this property. It was clean, Ruben was very helpful, responsible and accommodating during our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 11. We did cook a big dinner one night - for future guests I would recommend bringing your own spices, olive oil, basics etc.. there were also limited serving plates but not a huge deal at all!
