It's always Summer here, 2 minutes walking to the beach!

This small studio has all the basics you need for a very good stay. And it's location puts you in friendly neighborhood where there are plenty of vacational apartments and best of all: walking distance to the beach and to "La Calle LOIZA", which is a street strip that starts at the corner of our street with a bunch of different restaurants, bars, stores, Walgreens 24 hrs., banks, gas stations, medical cannabis dispensary for persons with license, doctor's offices and at a 5 minute ride a hospital at Ashford Ave at Condado. Our location is the perfect one where you will find "the mix of locals and tourists" and not just a touristic area without the soul of the locals, such as Condado and Isla Verde. At Ocean Park (which is between Condado and Isla Verde) you can have a different experience because it has soul!!! People love the neighborhood!

Winter break in San Juan

My husband and I had a great time at Ami’s studio apartment. It’s in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and a beautiful beach within walking distance!

lovely apartment and area

this was a perfect place for my friend & i to sleep in and leave our luggage. we were able to walk to a lot (beach, food) but we did have a rental car which made it easy to explore because of the great location!

We had the best time! Ani is a pleasure to stay with! Our room was perfect for us. The outdoor space is very pleasing you can hear the church bells ring. Restaurants and beach within walking distance! We had the best time! Made wonderful memories!

Perfect stay close to everything.

Very simple but nice play to stay for a quick vacation. This was our home base for our trip. Close to everything. Host was extremely nice and accommodating. Room had everything, stove, fridge, etc.

Perfect place to rest your head

The checkin process was so easy. This place was perfect for my husband and me for our extended weekend away. Our days were full of activities and was nice to come back to the vrbo at the end of the day to relax. We felt very safe at night sleeping and will recommend to our friends. Room was the perfect size for just me and my husband. It was clean, haven't seen not one bug. Small kitchenette, bathroom with window, bed, tv, and closet. Area is pretty quiet, and lots of stores and restaurants closeby..Ani was great, personable and gave us some of her food. She was really cool.

Cozy, little studio

My husband and I stayed in this placed for three nights during out first trip to PR and San Juan. Ani, our host was very communicative and gave us many good tips. The apartment is small but has everything you need if you are like us, happy to have comfy bed and a shower after long day of sightseeing. It is also conveniently located next to Calla Loiza, with many places to eat and drink. G5 bus stop is right next to it; it will take you to Old San Juan. Buses are free so don't spend on uber, treat yourself to mojito :)

Good location, but quite cramped

Location was close to a bus stop, making ut easy to get to Old San Juan. The listing title said one bedroom, and we missed the part that said it was a studio. The tiny outdoor backyard area could use a bigger umbrella and some plants to make it more attractive. The host was very responsive and pleasant.

Perfect month of work and play

This was perfect for someone who had to spend a month in Puerto Rico for work but still wanted to enjoy her downtime. Ani was a wonderful host and her place was nice and cozy. I had everything I needed if I wanted to eat in but close enough to restaurants. when I wanted to eat out since her place is literally around the corner from Calle Loiza. The Ocean Park beach was literally a few blocks away. Ani was great at giving me suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect little studio right by the beach

This studio was perfect! It was clean and modern and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and it was perfectly situated between a bustling street with plenty of restaurant options and, perhaps most importantly only a couple blocks from two beaches! Ani is the quintessential host! She was available at all times and answered any questions we had and even shared with us the Christmas meal of delicious Puerto Rican food! We are very glad to have chosen this place to spend our holiday vacation. I highly recommend!

Great location and awesome host

I stayed here for 4 nights. First Ani is a great host. She was actually waiting for me when I arrived. Showed me around the unti and gave me all the info I needed. She even created a binder with all the information on activities, tours, restaurants which was very helpful. The unit is cozy and has everything you need including a kitchen. Perfect location just off Calle Loiza where all the restaurants and bars are. Plus a Walgreens, Domino's, etc. It's very safe and no issues walking late at nignt. Walking distance to Ocean Park Beach and short Uner ride to Candado or Isla Verde. I would absolutely stay here again and have recommended to friends to stay here. Ani really provides a very good experience for your trip to San Juan.

Nice little gem

The location was perfect for us. Ani, our hostess was very friendly and communicated with us well. She provided a lot of information to facilitate anyone’s stay. A couple of suggestions would be to update the coffee maker, at least, as well as some of the other cooking equipment. Also, the unit is listed as a 1bed 1 bath and it’s really a fairly small studio. It suit our needs well, but it may be problematic for others. Seating was also awkward with only a small stool and a barstool around a tiny high top table. Storage and a place to do makeup was a challenge as the bathroom was equally small.
