Great location - on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and stores, clean and bright apartment. Easy access to Old San Juan. We would be happy to stay again. Vanessa was very responsive to our inqueries.

Nice condo with great views!

Views of the ocean, beach and city from way above in the ESJ tower. We loved it and will be back! Nice and spacious condo with 2 beds and loaded with everything you need for an extended stay. Walking distance to all the restaurants and convenience shopping of the Isla Verde strip. And quick Uber pickup to anywhere else you want to go around PR!

We had a short 2-day stay in this apartment. The apartment was as pictured, clean and very nice. The host was very communicative, she reached out when we arrived to make sure everything was in order and made herself easily available. I would definitely stay again here!

Location was great!

The location was the place was great and exactly as shown in the pictures.The host was responsive. The only issues we had was the wifi kept going out and we were unable to use the shower handle. But overall the place was great Sshower

Wonderful stay

We loved it off from the minute we checked in to the to the minute we left the host was wonderful. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole time on the island will definitely come back and run from her again beautiful view of city and partial ocean view, loved it.

Vanessas place was very clean and in an excellent location, steps from the beach. The building looked a little tired but it appears that they are working on some upgrades/renovations. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location and Nice Apartment

WE enjoyed our stay at Vanessa's place! It was clean, close to the beach, and walking distance to the grocery store. Vanessa was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. The only issue that we had was the internet connection and television wasn't stable. We would definitely come back!

This is the second year I stay at Vanessa’s place. I would come back again! It is clean and accessible, and Vanessa is very attentive. She has everything you need for the beach, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella for shade and one for rain, as well as a cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there’s a grocery store really close to the location. I love how close it is to the beach and restaurants. I left Isla Verde super happy again :)

Just a little more attention!

The apartment has and excellent location. Well equipped with necessary amenities and a beautiful ocean view . Overall it was a pleasant experience however, I encountered an issue with the bed covers. Unfortunately they had and unpleasant odor which make me question their cleanliness.

Amazing

Overall me & my partner experience was phenomenal. I was nervous being that it was my first time booking on Vrbo. I went off the reviews & star rating & figured now I need to write my experience for others to book. DO IT ! The hotel is on the beach, the room was very clean, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook with, beach accessories was provided,extra towels, hot water, air conditioner was amazing, now the view from the balcony of the room just outstanding. Vannessa & her son were very pleasant over the phone. I am booking this rental again for my next p.r trip coming again.

Nice Stay

Location of this property is great, right on the beach for easy sun bathing and swimming. The room is very clean and provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Close to San Juan and a short drive to Old San Juan to discover the beauty of this island's history. Checking in was a bit of a challenge and the parking situation could use some improvements, but those are minor things that are easily overcome. Unfortunately, the pool was under repair at this time, so that was a missing item we could not enjoy. I'm sure this will make this spot even better once the pool repairs are complete. Vanessa was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this spot for those looking for lots to do while also having a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for the wine and souvenir !!!

Super happy with my stay here!

Vanessa's place is awesome! You literally ARE steps away from the beach. I love the view from her balcony,: you can open the balcony door and hear the waves. The condo is clean and well maintained. Air conditioning works great! Her location is close to a grocery store, tons of restaurants, CVS, walgreens. Everything is a walk away. If you prefer transportation, uber is readily available. I traveled solo and I felt safe at her building and all around. I walked alone to CVS at midnight and there was zero issues. There is a concierge and a guarded entrance for the road leading to the building. My favorite part was truly having the beach so close. Vanessa is very accommodating and will give you recommendations as well. Her place is great! I will most definitely be coming back and staying at her place. Muchas gracias Vanessa, el condo estuvo fantastico!

If I could describe our stay with one word it would be…. EXCEPTIONAL!!! The view is immaculate… Vanessa the owner kept in communication with us to make sure everything was to our liking!!!! ANY AND EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED FOR A VACATION was provided down to beach accessories , kitchen accessories,, access to Netflix, YouTube, WIFI, contact info to receptionist downstairs as well as the host, directions where to place your garbage, very clean and neat, complimentary wine and souvenir was also provided and it gave it a great touch with the stay, the LED lights gave the room a beautiful ambiance, the room is also centrally located; dining, casinos, airport, supermarkets, shopping, a parking deck, beach with attendants for jet ski and parasailing and so much more … if you’re visiting PR soon here is where you’ll want to stay… My family and I are already making plans to come back and stay with this property!!!! YOU’LL LOVE IT JUST LIKE WE DID!!!!

Location Location Location!

Vanessa's place is awesome. You can't find a better spot if you want to stay in Isla Verde. It is literally on the beach. Vanessa supplies two beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. Also, the view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. Once you get out of the elevator and walk through the lobby you are right on the beach. We didn't rent a car and relied on Uber to get around San Juan. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes and since Isla Verde is centrally located the average Uber was 12. Ignore the comments about the building being a little dated. Its not the Ritz Carlton (which is right down the street) but we found it very clean and there is a guard station 24/7. The coffee shop in the lobby was OK. It has limited hours but there is a Starbucks in the hotel right next door. Its less than a 5 minute walk. Vanessa checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. Overall, I give this property a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, perfectly located place in Isla Verde!
