Conveniently located in the first floor, this gorgeous ocean front studio offers amazing views and amenities that will keep you coming back. Situated on the northeastern tip of PR, 31 miles from SJ. Location: withinb walking distance from Las Croabas Village where you'll find souvenir shops, bars, Seafood restaurants, bio bay, kayak rentals, "SEVEN SEAS" beach, and water taxi to PALOMINO and ICACO islands. This is the perfect spot! *Travel Insurance/ Cancellation Policy- We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially during Hurricane Season, as we will adhere strictly to our Cancellation Policy.

Great location, construction blocks beautiful water view

Location is great. Easy and safe walk to The shops and restaurants in Los Croabas.Karina is greatvto work with. She responds quickly.On the inside it was just as pictured. There is construction going on at El Conquistador next door and their trailer, supplies and dumpsters are right in front of the condo view. Hopefully, that won't last too long.Plus, they start working at 6:00 am.
