The condo itself was modern, comfortable and clean. The community itself was a fun area and felt secure. The communication with the host lacked and the staff at the actual community seemed to have different rules for different people.

Great location, construction blocks beautiful water view

Location is great. Easy and safe walk to The shops and restaurants in Los Croabas.Karina is greatvto work with. She responds quickly. On the inside it was just as pictured. There is construction going on at El Conquistador next door and their trailer, supplies and dumpsters are right in front of the condo view. Hopefully, that won't last too long.Plus, they start working at 6:00 am.

The property was a very spacious and well laid out & well decorated studio condo unit. The view of the marina out of the sliding doors, was also amazing. The included covered parking w/security was also very nice in the high heat! Karina was super responsive and accommodating. Great location by a park, beach, marina and lots of restaurants in Fajardo, too! It is also close to El Yunque and boat trips to Icacos and the ferry in Cieba to Culebra and Vieques. We would highly recommend her condo!

Great room everything as listed a bit of construction going on blocking the view of the water but that’s obviously no fault of host. Would stay again
