With three bedrooms, AC, and ceiling fans throughout living areas with ocean views. This is my second home is peaceful and very spacious two level penthouse.

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining and living room areas with ocean view and ceiling fans(3)
- Game room with pool table ,television, living area and both ocean view and rainforest view.
- Wide open terrace with view of our National Rainforest - El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for an outdoor breakfast. During the day it provides a peaceful ambiance for a nice suntan and some good reading. At evening, it is the best place for dinner under the stars.

This are second homes, if looking for tourist area with restaurants and bars walking distance then this place is not for you.

Wonderful home base for our vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were very accurate. The bedrooms provided comfortable accommodations and the common spaces were perfect for meals and family time. The view from the living room looking out on the water was perfect. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It was convenient to get to our activities in El Yunque and Fajardo. Wonderful place to stay!

Lovely place and excellent host

We loved our time here! The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The short walk to the beach was easy even loaded down with towels and the like. Very residential area and felt safe, my only wish it that we had gone to the local supermercado instead of going into town to shop! Suzanne was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Oceanside Apartment

Suzanne’s apartment is in an ideal location, close by San Juan yet in a secluded part of Loiza with access to miles of nearly deserted, pristine beaches on the north side and El Junque rain forest on the south side. The apartment is spacious and completely furnished with every conceivable creature comfort. There is even a spacious, furnished patio on the upper level that has a palm tree border and wonderful secluded views of the ocean and starry nights. We had a fabulous vacation in this apartment and will hopefully be able to return next year.

Peaceful family retreat

Wonderful stay in gated condo complex in Loiza steps from private beach and pools. Clean and comfortable three bedrooms accommodated our family of six. We were delighted to have brand new fluffy towels and hot showers. Stocked basic amenities including a panini press my children used for egg sandwiches in the morning. The upstairs playroom with pool table was fun and the outdoor deck was a delightful place to look out to the ocean or back to the mountains. Quiet and safe and perfectly situated for day trips. We were all very pleased with these accommodations and will return in the future.

Lovely stay

Home is exactly as described and then some. We arrived after dark, so the view was a wonderful surprise the next morning. The game room and upper balcony were just wonderful. Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper all provided as described. Plenty of room for three adults and a 10 year old to relax together or seperately. My favorite part is that the entire ocean facing side of the living room is able to be opened up to let the breeze flow through. Excellent communication with host. Would recommend this home for sure.

The property has a perfect view of the beach. The hospitality was nothing short of amazing. We were in the heart of the community, so we were able to experience Puerto Rican culture that wasn't a tourist spot. The people, music, the partying, the smell of food. The all around vibe was perfect. It felt like home.

Wonderful apartment, perfect for a family

The apartment is super roomy and convenient. It was great that everyone could hang out or get time away from others if needed. The beach is perfect, so secluded, felt private. It is quite a drive from San Juan, but we wanted to get away from the city so we didn’t mind. Suzanne was very responsive and helpful.

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The 3rd floor patio was awesome along with the pools and the ocean surf and beach. The property is exactly as advertised with lots of room to relax and enjoy the weather. The complex is well kept and generally quiet. Suzanne was very responsive to our issue with the televisions and got it resolved quickly.

Quaint beach stay

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation property! The location was spacious, offering ample space for our group of six. While there weren't any nearby cafés, the proximity to Piñones and other local food spots made up for it, only a short 25-minute drive away. The peaceful atmosphere was a highlight, complemented by the serene and pristine beach. The kids had a blast at the pool, and we appreciated how easily accessible attractions like El Yunque rainforest and Old San Juan were. A car is necessary for exploring. The owner was extremely responsive to our inquiries, and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Great spot for a Family!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a family of 7 with ages ranging 4-40 and everyone was happy and comfortable. The house and linens were all clean and cared for. Kitchen is stocked with whatever your would need for normal cooking. The property was really nice with pool and beach access! A lot of people are regulars/owners and are very friendly. Location wise it was perfect to travel to San Juan, El Yunque, the Puerto Rico Ferry, Luquillo and other hot spots. All were under an hour travel time and easily accessible. If you're a worry wart, security was always present and visible around the entrance gate whenever we came back at night.

Amazing gem outside of San Juan!

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed & the host was great with the few questions we had & answered immediately. I'd love to visit PR again & would definitely stay there again! The semi private beach was our favorite part & just a walk through their parking lot! The ocean felt great & so relaxing to lay out & swim in! The pool was wonderful & refreshing at night. The condo is gated & has guards who were very friendly. It was 3 of us ladies & we never felt unsafe day or night. Met lots of friendly people & loved hearing the families over the weekend having a good time. Very chill & cozy atmosphere! It is around 30-45mins to San Juan & the rainforest, but we knew that & wanted to be more remote & not in the center of the city partying! So be prepared to drive places you want to check out. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly

It was a nice place to stay for family and friends even though we only were in the condo to sleep and go to beach and pool it was really good. I would say to pay for the AC in the living room it really does make a huge difference bc it is very hot with all the windows. With any place on the island make sure you have bug spray the bugs are a problem. Also the beaches at night get sand fleas which bite so make sure to spray yourself before going to see the sunset. This owner was very nice I lost my diabetic medicine as soon as I go to the condo and thought I left it at home. When we left she found it and sent it to us with no charge. We tried to pay but she refused. Good experience we would stay again.

Perfect Puerto Rican getaway for a family of 4-6!

Suzanne's property is as advertised! The roof top patio overlooks the mountains to the south and ocean to the north. Plenty of natural light, picture windows that open to the ocean and ceiling fans keep you cool during the day. We never needed to use the living room AC. The condo has everything you need right down to kitchen soap, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The pool is large, clean and not often used so you'll probably have it all to yourself. The location is absolutely fantastic. 45 minutes from Old San Juan, 30 minutes from Liquillo Beach and El Yunque. You're 20 minutes from Playa Pinones Beach which is a can't miss for the sunset. Things to keep in mind, the beach outside the property is Puerto Rico not the Gulf coast. It's not groomed or cleaned of debris so just an FYI if that's your expectation. The best part is that you'll probably have the beach all to yourself and it's very beautiful in it's own way. Don't be surprised if you see horses! If you're looking for an authentic Puerto Rican experience with quick access to all of the touristy stuff, this is the property for you.

Love staying in Loiza

We are very familiar with Malibu beachfront condos. And this is the first time staying at Suzanne‘s condo. We love the penthouse to be able to view both the rainforest and the beach. Everything was clean in order and instructions were clear and easy for check-in and check out. I liked that shampoo conditioner, and toilet paper were very well stocked. We had a few minor things come up, but Suzanne was very responsive and diligent with problem-solving. Again, these things were minor: we locked ourselves out of the unit, and coincidentally the battery to the keypad died as well… But she was able to get security/maintenance to help us within minutes. We had trouble figuring out how to use the shower to get hot water, but eventually figured it out… They made a special courtesy visit to make sure all the plumbing order. And I can’t say enough about Malibu the pools are always sparkling clean and we love the local area.

Very convenient Location

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the supplies we needed for cooking, which was a huge plus.The location is excellent — close to everything — and best of all, the beach is just a short walk away.
