We loved all of the amenities, including a clean and welcoming condo, large secluded beach, accessibility to other local attractions. The owner was prompt in communications. We would stay here again.

Stayed here as we explored Old San Juan and the north east. A bit of a drive to go to San Juan. Definitely spend an entire day or two there. Clean, comfortable. Nice place. Quiet

Perfect Getaway from PA Winter

The condo, grounds and pool were lovely and clean. Access was perfect to a great beach with warm, shallow, clear waters and very managable waves. Close to the raiforest and many delicious restaurants. We would for sure stay again.

We loved our stay at the Azalea Condo. Such a great location and a quiet peaceful atmosphere. The private beach was such a gem! Definitely recommend to all.

The property was very clean and it's equipped with everything you need and more. The host, Peter, has thought of everything to make your stay a home away from home. He has excellent communication and make several suggestions on where to eat and shop. We took advantage all of his suggestions and it made our stay more enjoyable because we weren't trying to figure things out. We knew exactly where to go to get the things we need. The property is beautiful with the private beach and pool. It is well maintained by the friendly staff. I highly recommend this property. A host.

Wonderful getaway

Was perfect for 4 adults, very clean and spacious. Great communication with the host. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Sad to be back home.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was nice and private. Great waves for boogie boarding. Super easy to get to the beach with the pool also right there. Loved walks on the beach and the ease of everything. The condo was well equipped and perfect for our family with two kids.

Condo in paradise

We picked this location specifically so we could be close to the Rainforest, Bio Bay kayak tour and the airport. It did not disappoint. The condo has a great pool if you want to get out of the ocean waves which was just at the end of the walking path. The beach was not crowded by any means and having towels and chairs provided was ideal. The condo was perfect for our family of 5.

Exactly what we needed!

This property fit everything we were looking for! A relaxing place to stay, close to the beach and also many activities, a pool for the kids, and a clean and spacious place to stay!! Great for a family

Good location if you want to visit San Juan, beaches and the rain forest. In the middle of so much. About 35 minutes from San Juan. Condo was clean and had more than we needed for our stay.

You’ll want to stay forever

Our kids were asking if we could move to PR and work remotely! The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Easy access to pool and beach, both with perfect temperature. We spent hours prowling the beach for shells, the kids loved boogie boarding on the 2 included boards, and you can also walk to a very calm beach which would be good for small children and had a reef with better snorkeling than on the boat trip we did! We also made good use of the covered balcony. The only thing that would have been nice is a dishwasher, but that’s a small thing. We would happily come back!

Beautiful beach getaway

This was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting Puerto Rico. The condo was exactly as described and we loved the quiet beach and pool. Everything was well-maintained and the owner kept the kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking and chairs for the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations!

I highly recommend this property. It was clean, in a great location, and the beach was quiet so we felt like we had it to ourselves. Peter responds quickly to any questions and we appreciated the chairs and boogie boards for out time at the beach. Will definitely book this property again for our next Puerto Rico vacation.

Nothing to complain about. It was clean and as advertised. It’s steps from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. You can walk miles of beach. It is super quiet and a little bit set off from other places (15 minute drive from the main road). We liked this feature, but some people might prefer a more active area. Great jumping off point for El Yunque, the kiosks, or the touristy stuff in Fajardo. It’s only about 45 from Old San Juan. I got to meet the owner, really nice guy. My wife wanted to stay a month longer here.

Rio Grande on the beach

Beautiful relaxing stay with direct beach access and pool. We had this gated complex mostly to ourselves, which we enjoyed. Best part was location, as it’s a good spot to use as a jumping off point for anything on the east end of Puerto Rico. Unit has plenty of space for a family of four or a few more, full kitchen, good ac, and laundry.
