Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautifully recently remodeled deluxe studio located in the iconic ESJ Towers, offering a peaceful retreat in a central location. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the space features two full beds, a modern full bathroom, and a private balcony perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.
- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.
- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
